Horrible customer service in Otay Lakes shopping center. If they are doing free coffe on Wednesday's at least they should bring more staff to take care of customers.

Most awful Dunkin’ Donuts :(I could not even do a curbside order. After spending many minutes on the phone with Dunkin’ Donuts one 800 customer service because this one does not answer their phone it also goes to a personal cell phone. They said they turn the function off for curbside, I also could not order through Uber eats or DoorDash even though it says it’s an option
The first thing said to me was ,"Are you getting donuts?". No, "Hi" or "Welcome in"... I ordered a dozen donuts and more than half of them were stale. They looked pretty but didnt taste fresh... if you're looking to sell, I'm willing to buy. Great location just needs better direction.
Great staff and fast with the coffee. It was made perfectly by nice people. Definitely will be going back.
I ordered curbside pick up & on their app it clearly states that if the designated curbside parking spots (there is only 2) were occupied, then park close with hazard lights on and an employee will hand you your order. I did exactly that, but got scolded by a rude employee for not moving my car to the curbside parking when a spot did open up. I explained to her that they were occupied at the time I arrived & the spot just became available. Did she expect to stand there with my order while she watched me move my car? It wouldn't make sense for me to move it. She proceeded to say, "well you could have parked there or there". This is so unprofessional & contradicts the instructions that are given on the app. Please update the instructions to if a parking spot does open up for curbside pick up, then please move your car.
Just like every dunkin, love donuts. I, suggest order by mobile for a pick up. Short staff kinda make the in house orders slow. Other than that, dunkin is dunkin. Great donuts.
So glad there's a closer DD now. I've been here a hand full of times, and was happy to see they had curbside pick up along with their mobile ordering. I have my baby with me usually and it can be hard to go in, so I appreciate the curbside option. Well after a few weeks it's unreliable, so I go in now. Also, the iced coffee has been so watery the last 2 times I got it:( Then, my order gets skipped when I see 2 other ppl who were behind me in line get their food first. I was the only person inside when I started to order then more ppl came after, so it was obvious. Over 10 min waiting for 2 egg & cheese wraps:/ half the time its not bad, but its a bummer when it is.
Witnessed workers smoking cigarettes while on shift. Kind of really digusting especially as it was right next to equipment and she put it out on the floor and left it there
