I got the Carne asada burrito bowl and a churro delivered. The churro was delicious and crispy and not filled which is my preference. The portion for the burrito bowl was extremely large and I was able to save some for lunch the next day. For the portions the price was good.

Excellent service and food was delicious. Michael said meat was like TJ meat from taco vendor. Portions are considerably large so, be hungry. I ordered asada (steak) burrito with 3 rolled taquitos, I was almost done just eating the taquitos but, was able to eat half my burrito with green salsa was excellent. Red salsa has a spicy flavor but is very good. Red salsa with the taquitos was really good.
In tthe evening most likely you have to open up your “to go” bag and double check because is several times that they charge me for extras and the bag DId Not include them. It must be the cook who might be tired, but it has been several times. Upsetting to not having the time to go back and complaint.
I ordered with doordash cali surf fries November 23 6:09 pm and got a burrito the receipt says cali surf fries and was still given a burrito I believe it's a California burrito which is not even close to the same in price it seems old because everything has become mush after eating it I know feel sick definitely old or not cooked properly at least doordash refunded me
Great Food! Had a crunchy shredded beef taco & 3 rolled tacos. Their salsas were very flavorful.
Cotijas is unfortunately always a hit or miss. Way to many inconsistencies over the years. Not my first choice for a Mexican fast food restaurant. Only gave 3 stars because SOMETIMES their food is good.
I just ordered nearly $40 worth of food to be delivered by Doordash and AGAIN there was no salsa. The app I use doesn't have the option/notes to include salsa..., if it did it wasn't obvious. For a Mexican restaurant you would think to automatically include salsa, after all it's Mexican food. The delivery is a "no contact" delivery and a charge $4 delivery fee. The order is left at my front door and the driver leaves immediately, no doorbell or knock to tells us he/she delivered the order. We immediately called your restaurant to tell the driver to bring us salsa, but I got an extremely rude employee on the other end who said we should've examined the contents of our order before the driver left. That makes no sense when it's a "no contact" delivery. My husband had to drive all the way to the store to pick up the salsa. While he was talking to the employee one of your customers got in his face when he asked to speak to the manager, but he was told there was no manager and let the customer berate my husband. This is unacceptable and the employee should have at least given us the $4 delivery fee back for having to drive to your restaurant and pick up salsa which should have been included. We use to buy Lolitas food buntil we discovered your restaurant. We live the food, but you need to change the attitude of your employee.

Bad customer service from Luz which was extremely rude and no customer service skills I will never return here. Mind you before coming to this location I left the other location in National city because of the lacking of customer service skills. Me and another customer left because of the same "lacking"of customer service skills. LUZ got my order wrong', swivels the tablet around angry and did not want to own up to getting my order Wrong . Order me beef I don't even eat beef,, nor did I receive an apology . Bad Severvice I'm never going to this place. Boycotting
