Very disappointed in management for not training their employees and allowing their personal beliefs to interfere with customs interactions. Left after terrible service (if you can call it that) and no product was sold. I will be taking my business to other establishments that don't allow their employees to impose their personal beliefs on customer experience and business transactions.

Great experience tonight at our local Cold Stone Creamery! Our server, Oscar, took the time to help us look up ingredients for the ice cream and mix-ins we wanted to help accommodate allergies. Although there was a wait, the line went quickly. The store was clean and social distancing was encouraged but not policed.
I often order coldstone on doordash and love their ice cream but they don’t follow my instructions when I order a milkshake. I put in the instructions “Golden Oreos please” and I constantly receive regular chocolate Oreos which leaves me disappointed.
