Friendly and helpful service upon our visit. Clean in the inside and a few new flavors added to the ice cream selections such as the seasonal Peeps. Plenty of parking spaces in front of and next to the plaza building.
Very poor customer service. I literally stood there for 10 minutes with my kids and was not greeted or acknowledged at all because they were working on an order. Someone finally becomes available and they skip right over us and help the people that came in after us. It's not a big location it was obvious we were next in line. Even after I said we were next, they completely ignored me. Ended up walking out and will not be returning again.
The store takes forever to complete an order. I have been in line for 11 minutes and they still aren't done with the person ahead of me. They only ordered a shake and an ice cream.

I love this cold stone!I ordered my 30th birthday cake here (my son picked out the cake flavor & filling) it was so delicious! The ordering process was hassle free and it came out perfect thank you so much for making my birthday special! You all did a great job!

Last month we purchased 2 delicious cakes. The first one was a Red velvet cake and they added a baby picture for us. The second one was a Mario cake. This month I got another red velvet for my birthday. I wish I would have taken better pictures but I wanted to share and say thank you to the lady who helped us.
We visit frequently. This is first time ordered through grubhub and portions were smaller and several toppings were missing. Pretty disappointing. In person they usually get 5 stars but delivery orders not good at all.
