What a disappointment, I bought 12 pieces expecting to eat those delicious biscuits but my order was missing my biscuits. ?There's no point for me buying chicken without biscuits. Employees don't care, they just do whatever they want, and do not complete orders as they should! ?

I did my online pick up ordering. Whenen I was notified to come, my wife went, mind youe she didn't want to but upon her arrival and following the instructions given she was told that the store did not handle online orders. So she went to the competition. So I contact corp? to file complaint and to them know what had taken place as well informing that my debit card was used to pay. Had mild Covid for 5 days. Ciming out I of it craved something crunchy & cold. Okra, Corn on Cob ! Had it 3 days that week
It doesn’t matter how many times you repeat your order, they will never get it right. Every time I come here it’s a ridiculous wait as well. As much as I like their chicken, it’s not worth it
Get to the window no one will ask for your order you have to ask is anyone there to get them a total of seven and a half minutes to take my order and told me someone walked up to the window before I pulled to the drive-thru if I want to wait I can wait when I asked about how long would it be very nasty and rude workers here!
I love this place except yesterday, we changed our mind on a order but got exactly what we didn't want. Not happy!
I'll start off saying FIRE all the employees and get new ones. Their employees always get an attitude if you ask for condiments. They always say they don't have honey, nor butter, sometimes even hot sauce. There is always a wait time, they always tell you they are cooking chicken and it's a 15-20 min wait. Also, they NEVER have spicy chicken or make up a ridiculous wait time of 30 minutes plus. I don't see why promote spicy if you're never going to have it ready to sell. Place always has customers, only come here because is the only one near my house and i like church's chicken. The owner should invest some money on a facelift, place looks like it's stuck in 1988.

Went through the drive through today and got home with our food. The drinks were not even three quarters full this is unacceptable!! How hard is it to fill a drink cup!! For the prices they charge the chicken is very good but it’s kinda expensive.
