The food here is SO delicious, however the last time we were here my girlfriend and I were sitting down inside, eating and talking, when all of a sudden she had a startled look on her face, and unfortunately I turn around to see the biggest cockroach I've ever seen in my entire life. A worker came by and casually swept him out and then closed the front door. It really, REALLY sucks because we loved this place, and unfortunately we won't be coming back after that. :(
First and foremost, this place gave EXCELLENT service to my children. They asked the kids if they wanted a quarter for the gumball machine and gave it out from their own TIP jar. The food was Amazing and portions were very large! Great family meal.... Highly recommended for a family sit down dinner, even better as a take home order to relax and enjoy. So this is officially the spot that made me convert into a reviewer!! I came in on a Friday @ 9:30pm 4/22/22. The staff was so kind & humorous at the same time which gave me a nostalgic feeling from one of my favorite burger spots back in Los Angeles, aside from the fact the fries were really the item that took me back, burger was incredible. Definitely just became a regular!! God bless
Excellent A+ Employee that took our order was extremely friendly and happy to be there. Hard to find nowadays! They turned on Shrek for our kids to watch while we ate.
If I rated this place on my last Visit it would be a 1, but their food is normally so good I can't do that. They do make a great burger and we love the rib plate too
The 1/2 lb burger was delicious! My husband had the patty melt, and he loved that too. They will cook it rare if you like, which means the meat is high quality ☺️
Worse service ever from OSCAR! He kept turning his head and looking out the door while I was placing my order! Like who does that? The ladies at the counter are pleasant. They smile and talk to you . I don't know what kind of training he's had. He acted as tho I was interrupting his day. Thats ok. I can go somewhere else and eat. Not to mention the food has gone downhill. Wayyyyy down! You get a choice of rice or french fries with the dinner and I always choose rice because its soo good. The rice I had today was flavorless. It had no seasoning whatsoever. This used to be a good place to eat. I've brought lots of friends here and they liked it. I won't be coming here anymore. Dickies has pit smoked ribs and way more sides to choose from. The flavors were good but the potions and plate setup for TO GO was sadBy the time I got the food home, my salad was super wilted with my HOT food. This Canada had alot to lak on desire...the Dad runs the one on University Ave and always has it spot on...
The 8 Oz burger was hefty and tasted great. The price I thought was very reasonable, $8.99. Employees were very friendly. Freedom to mask, or not. Loved that part. Merica!
