I just left tonight, I had called to edit/change my online order from boneless to traditional and add potato wedges instead of fries. They pretty much told us we could not get traditional instead, even though the order had not even been started yet and we understood that we may have had to pay extra. Not sure what the issue was maybe they thought we we e trying yo get out of paying the extra amount or something. Eventually they agreed to change order, we picked our food up, bag was sealed, but we had none of the sauces or veggies that came with our order and worst part, our chips that came with dip was extremely old, stale a bunch of them stuck together in big clumps and soggy. We ended up eating a lot of dip with spoon lol. I only gave 2 stars because the wings were cooked well.
this dude edgard had me and my family in shambles. My wings were cold I asked for honey BBQ and they proceeded to give me Asian zing, I don’t know in what type of Buffalo Wild Wings Asian zing looks like honey BBQ. Edgard did not offer me a refund back and me and my family ended up going to jack in the box and calling it a night. I will never be coming back to this location, thank you for your time and god bless you all, but not edgard?.
I had the double American burger with fries. Delicious. Service was great. It was loud, but my table didn't have trouble talking.

Time and time again. I try to give it a chance. My husband loves bdubs. I too frequesnted bdubs in another state weekly. Save your money and your time. Literally the worst bdubs I've ever been too. Can't get a seat in a EMPTY restaurant. Let alone get your food right.

We recently visited BWW & Mr. Ryan Stokes was our waiter. He was so professional, checked in on us at least every 5/10 minutes, made sure we had all our food on time and even got down on his knee to be on the same level when he spoke to my daughter and I. I have never experienced better customer service from a restaurant in my life.Then we forgot our Nintendo switch Mr Stokes turned it into management! I highly recommend this establishment and Mr Stokes. You really are lucky to cross paths with him!
Two for one boneless wings and a free birthday gift we had a nice date night definitely recommend shout out to John our server
I would of given a higher rating but... service was okay. Waiting for the food was the issue. Food was good, especially the fries.
