Always good food! Service is great, you do your own ordering on the phone but if you need help they got you. The service isn’t super fast, you have a minor wait time to get seated and food on the table.
One of my friends tried the Blazing Wing Challenge and completed it under 5 minutes to get the wings for FREE(according to their official rules on the waiver)But the management twisted their words and never got the wings for free.The food tasted alright but horrible management. Will never step into this restaurant ever again.
The vibe definitely made the place. Between the bar, wings, music, and the people this is the place to be. Unfortunately my wings were a little hard as if they were a little over cooked. But the heat of the sauce definitely made it fun.
Boneless chicken wings have changed apparently. I got chicken bites or popcorn chicken. Not the boneless chicken wings I ordered. Embarrassing if these are supposed to be boneless wings
I celebrate my bday every single time at Buffalo wild wings, this will sadly be my last time. I arrived at a full Buffalo wild wings and left with an almost empty place by the time I got my food. They took forever to clean the table we were going to sit on, and gave us food individually almost 20min apart with me being the last for a table of 12 people and 2 people left before they could be served (this was before the table was ready so it was no problem, so I thought). By the time It was my time to eat all my friends were gone, they took 40min to even give me drinks. The waiter said I may get a discount or something which i did not, even if the food was free, it would have been a bad experience. This use to be my go to place, now it's my never again place. The food is as decent as ever so that's the only good side but everything about the experience is worse than ever. I suggest if you go with more than 4 people to go somewhere else, or wait more than an hour for nachos and even longer for wings.
So it was today 1/27/22 around 6:30 pm I asked the host if we can do a both for 6 and a new born she said yes we can do it after a short wait of 15 minutes we got our table. Everything was going great, after several minutes our waiter asked us if we were ready to order we said yes and as I was going to ask for a coke the waiter just walked away. This is where everything went south, moments later a young lady came up to us and told us we weren’t allowed to sit on the booth with the baby on the hallway that our only choice was to sit in 2 different tables. I told her the host mention it was ok for us to sit here again 6 adults and a New Born the young lady said no she doesn’t know what we were talking about does are your only options and suggested you know what let me get a manager and walked away 2 person that just walks away. Then the very I unprofessional manager Daniel approached us. first his mask was not put on correctly his my wife asked him to plz put on the mask correctly and he just made her a face, witch I assumed it bother him that my wife asked to put his mask on correctly. Then just gave us an ultimatum either we can sit on two tables but we can’t sit there with the amount of people we had. Trust me I work retail and I know what it takes and the service we received today was unacceptable. And we go every other Thursday! Guess we need to fine another spot for Thursday huddle!

I live in the Houston area and recently had the pleasure of having a conversation with a manager named Carlos at the ChulaVista BuffaloWildWings. It concerned a cousin of mine, who loves your restaurant, and has been having a series of bad breaks. I wanted to create a special day for him on his next trip there. Carlos, you are too cool buddy, and you made an everlasting impression on me and my cousin. If I'm ever in the area, I will make a point to dine there just to meet you and shake your hand.
