Love that you get to personalize your own pizza. High rise dough is my favorite definitely recommend. Pesto cheese bread is delicious.
One of our pizzas were on the keto crust. Steer clear from the keto crust - it tastes terrible and the texture is gritty.Customer service was terrible. Fam and I stood at the counter for 10-15 mins waiting to pay. There were 4-5 ppl working behind the counter and one lady closest to the cash registers who saw us standing there but didnt acknowledge us. I asked the lady when I could pay - whether it was as we wait for our pizzas or after they're done. She just yelled, "well I'm going to help her (someone who was standing by for her pizza) first." I understand that it was getting busy but she was rude and lacked basic customer service skills.We ordered pizzas and 2 cookies. We didn't receive our cookies (which are on a plate on the counter near the register). My husband asked for them 15-20 mins after we got our pizzas and after the dinner rushed slowed down. He asked the same lady and she yelled at my husband saying that someone would get it to us eventually (it was within reach for her). He asked a different employee 5-10 mins later and he gave it to him within 5 seconds.Management needs to retrain their people. This lady was apathetic and rude. Not sure if we did anything wrong for her to respond to us like this. Do better.Dined in, first time customer 17MAY2022.
Overpriced cold pizza via doordash. Bruh doordash is hurting your business it would be more convent to hire delivery drivers till then one star for cold food.Emailed on the may 13th about the cold pizza let's ee if blaze really does something about it stay tuned for updates.(Not sure if there are avoiding me or simply failing to reach out othan Google maps to have an "appearance" of functioning business) 24 hours later I haven't heard anything back I guess that means they want an appearance of a proper business well there's always domino's, pizza hut, as well as other gourmet pizza joints Like Felipe's I think ? I'll try some of that. Updated may 14th 2022. They only reach out to you on maps to appear to make things right when in fact they take your money for a cold pizza.
Couldn't order online since won't take payment method info, Once in the store at Otay Ranch I was the first one to order 4 pizzas and 4 other people that came after me got their pizzas first, when I ask the guy about it he said: Oh I did that so I didn't get confused and wanted to make sure your orders were right. I have no idea what was he talking about and at the end he made one out of the 4 first and the other 3 came 10 minutes later. anyway we won't be back ?
The food & staff are always terrific ?My comment is: I desire the ability to add a tip to my payment, electronically. The only option currently is cash, which I rarely carry.
Ordered the thicker crust pizza for extra 3 bucks and ended up being super under cooked. Was really hungry and ate a little under half of it before I realized how under cooked it was. Spent all night puking up the pizza. Reason I’m giving 4 stars is because workers were super friendly and made me a new pizza when I told them about it. These employees MUST BE TRAINED BETTER!! They should know when a pizza is THAT under cooked. Falling behind on sleep because of how much I’m puking.
Great price for healthy pizzas. My favorites were keto and cauliflower breads with tons of veggies toppings.
