Food was pretty good but service is a work in progress. Waitress failed to check in to ensure food delivered was accurate. It was difficult to find my waitress and get any help. Orders were incorrect and item descriptions on menu are misleading. Beware, the jumbo spaghetti and meat balls should read, spaghetti on jumbo plate with tiny meatballs. Food also took a very long time to come out.

Flatbread pizza was cold, overcooked and dry. Its hit and miss with BJs. It's either really good or really bad.I think the cook forgot about the pizza in the oven. Sometimes they forget the AuJus with the prime rib dip sandwich.
2 stars because our food came out pretty quick. I love near which is a convenience, however my experiences there are not so good. Since we entered, the customer service was bad. Employees show no interest in helping you. We didn't get silverware or napkins and when we asked for it our food got cold waiting on it. The waiter couldn't tell us what beers they had in bottles, he stopped 2 tables away with my drink and had a whole conversation while still just holding my drink. We ended up asking for to go boxes and ate at home instead.

I love BJ's Restaurant, but lately they've been giving off the impression that because you can't "send back" delivery orders, they're not worth upholding quality.We spent $60. We ordered the tri tip wedge (I've had it before), which looked nothing like it was supposed to. The steak was barely cut into chunks, chewy as if it was reheated or something, and cold. It was missing the spices and the sauces supposed to be on it as well. It definitely looked like someone just threw something together.We also ordered three pizookies which were supposed to be peanut butter, chocolate chip and triple chocolate with no ice-cream for any. They clearly read the instructions, because they didn't deliver ice-cream, but they sent three chocolate chip cookies that WERENT COOKED. They were gooey and had pudding consistency.This was all at 7 pm, so not close to closing time. If you can't handle Uber Eats / Postmates orders, don't do them. You're charging people the same amount of money, but giving them far less better quality food.
I ordered the Enlightened Seared Ahi Salad with extra Ahi, a bit of a pretentious name but oh so delicious! This BJs location never fails when looking for good food and great customer service. Can't wait for my next visit!
