Great place to eat, food is very good and fresh, staff is very friendly plus excellent prices. Their garlic ramen noodles is the bomb. Salt pepper chicken wings are good sorry i ate them before getting a picture lol. Overall great place for dinner or lunch dates or family night.
I love ordering from this place. I find it to be cheaper and always really quick with filling orders (I order mostly online for curbside pickup). They’ve never messed up my order. The only reason I give 4 stars is because each roll comes in a large plastic box and it seems like such a waste of plastic and the chopsticks are very poor quality and I feel like I’m getting pieces of wood with each bite.
Really nice place. Felt clean, fresh, and comfortable. Sushi was really good. Nothing too special but definitely worth a try. The pork chops in ramen were really tasty. Ramen was delicious.
From the outside this restaurant is unremarkable however the inside is beautifully decorated and spacious. The menu is extensive and the food is delicious probably the best Japanese I've ever eaten. The wait time for the food is very short and the waitresses are more than happy to explain the food choices. A very pleasant experience all around.
Rich broth, springy noodles, and fast service, I'll say I'm satisfied with my experience, definitely coming back just for the wings and beer with some friends.
I ordered the avocado rolls as a veggie option and they are more than superb, with the beer it's an amalgamation of new flavors, I love the sampporo beer 22 oz is also really good damn good for a date night wow I the dishes are art and the service is excellent ?
The food is very good at Bento Noodles. My family and I love the sushi as well. Thanks for the great service and quality eats!!!
Food is almost average, not bad but not good either. The sushi is what I call a Tijuana style sushi, this means that there lots of sushi rolls that have a TON OF CREAM CHEESE and big slices of cucumber on the rolls. There are lots of deep fried items inside the rolls which takes away from the genuine sushi appeal. I doubt the owners or workers there are even Japanese as the presentation of the food speaks for itself, they're worried about serving you BIG bite/portions instead of focusing on taste or aesthetic of the food. If you go to a Japanese restaurant in Convoy Street or up in Mira Mesa, you can see and taste the difference. If you look around the tables at Bento, you can sort of get an idea the kind of people who eat there, and those are people who care about quantity rather than quality. That's just an opinion.
The host was great and friendly. Ordered crunchy tempura shrimp rolls, shrimp fried rice, and shrimp chow fun (pictured). Ordered to-go and they were fairly quick. The food was absolutely delicious, hence why I didn't grab a pic of the sushi rolls. Ate them up too fast! Highly recommend to come try this place out, will be returning here!
Great and very good sushi ?. I recommend the cowboys roll with a Cold beer. Oh don't forget to snack on some. Edda Mimi.
