So today I went here to buy a cake. There was only one guy working. I walked in and other customers followed. Which seemed to overwhelm the employee quite a bit. I had asked if he could right happy birthday on my lo cake. He said there is no cake decorator there. I was like it's just writing. But do to the fact he had a long line. He didn't want to stop and write on the cake. Employers please make sure your store is always equipped with enough employee's to serve the customers at100% and not overwhelm them. I love this place but now I have no name or anything on a cake I bought.
I love the ice cream But apparently it’s not what they use in their cakes ? Got a chocolate cake with vanilla ice cream. The ice cream was flavorless The cake was dry as chalk . $34 !
Today my wife, my son and I bought and ate banana split ice cream. We have had diarrhea all day. We do believe that what we ate here was definately bad. We will no buying ice cream there anymore.
For me it's a two scoop sundae and it's always the same flavors.Butter pecan and pistachio almond. Topped with strawberries or fudge, whip cream, nuts and finally the cherry on top! The Best!

Ordered four sundaes through Grubhub, when the order got delivered we noticed the banana royale was not in there, it had been cancelled and refunded. When we called to ask why it was cancelled they said because they ran out of bananas. I mean, why not just make the sundae without the bananas instead of cancelling my whole sundae? So now I sit here watching my family enjoy their ice cream while I have nothing. My husband advised them in the future they could also call. The employee stated they were too busy to call this evening. Just disappointed. Could have been an easy fix..they knew they would be disappointing someone on the order :(
Displayed social distance markers and signs, there was a line but it was hard to see what flavors they had and they didn't have the same flavors I wanted when I looked it up. I ended up picking the flavors while I was in line. I got the double scoop in a cup with pinapple coconut and strawberry cheesecake it costs a little under $6. Both were good but nothing amazing. There was two employees that helped customers right away as we walked in. They wore masks and rang us up at the register in a timely manner. As of today, June 5 2021 they are still not doing samples for the flavors. :(.
Bad service from one of the old men there in the store he was so rude you should check well before hiring I know maybe is a stressful day but be friendly and nice with people
