Another great example of authentic Mexican food from south of the border!! I didn't know about barbacoa, barbecued lamb! There is a history of Texcoco and their preparation of barbacoa. It was very tasty! Diane was our server and she took care of us, recognizing it was our first time to sit and eat there. She made delicious recommendations! And Coke from Mexico is always so tasty!! We will be back for sure!!

Unbelievably delicious lamb barbacoa tacos. Tender, juicy, and flavorful. If you want to knock a couple years off your life, try the quesataco - imagine replacing a tortilla with a hardened cheese shell. I get at least one every time to feed the soul. The salsas are really delicious as well! The staff are friendly and helpful. I’ve tried a few other things on the menu and in my humble opinion, the lamb tacos are the only thing worth going for.
Meat was so soft and fatty the consume was out of this world. If you where to have a hangover and went there just for the consume it will revive you, bring you back to life. The tortillas where a 3 star but that was my fault for letting the cool down, that because I was busy eating and dipping the meat in the consume. The salsas and toppings where all 5 star. I'd recommend to go with yourself and 2 more hungry eaters so that all can have enough to each one's fill. Thank, that is all

Finally a great alternative to the regular food from south of the border. Lamb is tender and juicy. I even tried a side of grasshoppers. Mixed them all together in a taco and BINGO. The perfect combo for me. Chewy, crunchy and tender.
As truly Mexican as it could get, the lamb barbacoa here is the real deal. The tamarind agua fresca had real tamarind pulp, so refreshing and delicious! And the crickets, spicy and crunchy, what a feast!! They didn't have enough servers and some tables were dirty but i couldn't care less. The food was AMAZING

Great flavor, great food, authentic Mexican cuisine. The racing this time has charged due to service issues.Customer service is good as always, however this time we were the lucky ones to be affected by their lack of attention. After we were directed to a table,, menús were provided and we were awaiting for a waitres to help us ordering our food. There were only few tables at the time we were stated but no one came to our table to help us. After about 15 minutes or so, we asked a girl that was going by our table in and out constantly, serving other tables if someone could help us to order our food. Her answer was. " I will get some one for you" A woman came to great us and asked us if we were ready to order, then she helped us getting our order up and served two of the three of us but the third order was not coming for the next 10 minutes or so. Then we did not see the woman at all anymore so, I asked for our waitress to another woman. She responded with " I will call her for you" then after about 5 minutes, there she was coming with the third plate for the third person in our table.After that she disappeared completely from the restaurant floor and for about 30 to 45 minutes she never came out to check on us or to see if we needed anything. Other servers were just coming and going along our table but not ours. So, I had to asked for drinks, more sauce, and other things to 2 different servers everytime. At the end I was upset that no one came to assist us as our server so I asked another woman if our server was already left out of work or if she went on break but, their answer was "I will look for her and tell her you need her"Our server came helped us on what we needed and gave the check then she disappeared again.Honestly, this was not a good dinner experience from the service side and I am hoping Francisco would read this or someone that knows him tell him about this situation because is definitely a no-no in customer service business.One last thing to mention is that the chapulin dish was not good at all. Not because of flavor but because it was just legs and antennas on it. Only few bodies which made it really bad plate. If there are no more chapulines to serve is better to let people know that you are out of that dish and not to serve what you served us that day. I have been a customer from the day this restaurant open its doors back then so, please fix this issues before they gets worse.
