Service is horrible, there was a Asian cashier who attended me and he was terrible. Rude , short, and didn’t even understand me. I asked for hot sauce and he said that’s all we have. I asked him If couldn’t have one more and he said NO. That’s ridiculous. I used to come to this place all the time I will definitely be taking my business somewhere else.
Service is very bad. I ordered 5 plates to go. He handed me the order packaged with a bag. I asked for sauce and plates, but he refused to give me an extra bag.
It's been about a year since I've been here. I used to come more often. Coming back after a while, I noticed it's not the same a I remember...and not in a good way as far as the food. Most of the menu choices are the same, but on a newer looking menu board. I don't know if this place is under new management or ownership, but aside from the newer look, the food quality isn't as good as I remember. I've never seen before the guy who took my order and I won't say he was rude, but seemed unpleasant. I noticed one new menu item they had was wings, which I thought I'd give a try. He asked me if I wanted a spicy mango or ranch. Thinking he meant a dipping sauce, I asked if I could have both, and he simply said "No" without any explanation, so I opted for the ranch to balance out the seasoning of the wings. It turns out that he wasn't asking about a dipping sauce, but the actual flavoring/seasoning of the wings themselves! Who makes wings and covers them in ranch?!?! This place.?♂️ Needless to say, they weren't really that good. Now knowing this, if I ever do go back and give it another shot, it'll be just to try the mango flavor. A little more clarity and courtesy goes a long way.
The food was over cooked especially the bbq chicken and the fried shrimp. Too much breading on the shrimp disappointed I paid 50 for family meal
Got #2 bbq mix. All three meats were nasty. Had this spice in all of them which did not go well with Hawaiian bbq. Tasted more like Chinese style. What a waste of money.
Very island I love their food. Too small of a place though.
I went there for lunch today Tuesday July 27th 2001, And I was extremely disappointed in their ribs today because obviously they did not wash the meat and wash off all the bone fragments from when they sawed through the meat and the bones it was just full of bone fragments.....Also the Cabbage they normally put underneath the meat normally it's sliced very thin almost like hair but this time it was almost like quarter inch chunks of cabbage just laying down under the meat and it looked like they really didn't pay a lot of attention today to either washing their meat thoroughly or the way they cut their vegetables so I was extremely disappointed in the restaurant today I really hope in the future they go back to their professional Practices....really sad day.....
This place is has great food. It has been on of my favorite places since I was a kid. Highly recommend the bbq chicken plate!!

The food is constantly fresh and delicious, workers hands over excellent customer service. I like how clean it is and vibes. I highly recommend this place.
