Wait time was a bit longer than expected to take order...turns out they close @ 10pm and they have no rolls of any kind at 3:40pm first time here food was 7 out of 10 took plenty of time to get served once I order only about 8 people here at the time. Music is vulgar and not recommend for kids very loud and obnoxious. I'm 30yrs old and it was pretty loud even for someone who likes loud music. Other than that the Ramen is fresh and delicious just a shame there wasn't any roll available

Honestly, I get the hype. The food tastes great and in my life so far probably the second best ramen I’ve ever had (the first being a fancy place in Vegas oops) definitely recommend. The Tonkotsu Black is what they’re known for (roasted garlic oil) but it’s a bit too Smokey for me but to each their own. I’ve had their shio and shoyu and it still tastes phenomenal.
This by far is the best ramen place I’ve been to. I always get the spicy miso ramen level 2 spicy and it hits the spot. It is hit or miss with the waiters though. You sometimes have to wave them down to either get water or even the check to go. But other than that the food is really good.
Took 1 hour to get in with two 4 person parties ahead of us. There was also two open tables but no one was being attentive to the people waiting to get in. After we got in we ordered a tempura platter, two ramens, a tuna rice bowl, one sushi dish, and a deluxe bento. The platter came out in a respectable time but everything else came out 45 minutes or later. We ended up canceling the sushi dish because it didn't even come out after everything else came out after an hour and 30 minutes. The bento came out last and the beef and fish was dry, while the chicken was okay. Not worth the visit.
I wish there was a negative star they don't deserve one star. ordered food for our office, beef was dry and more like leather, salad was definitely few days old, they didn't even bother to remove the brown leaves.
2 of us arrived at 5:30 pm. Less than half of all seatings were occupied with only one couple seated at the counter. And we were told along with 2 other parties ahead of us that we have to wait until somebody leave. I asked why since there were so many empty tables/seats and he told me because one of his co-worker tested positive for COVID....??
Friendly staff, the food is good, and a nice variety of food. All so no wait, first time the wait was close to an hour. ??
Music is always way too loud here. Server can't hear our orders and it makes it difficult to hold a conversation.Service was rather slow. Our appetizers arrived way after our bowls of ramen. Looks like they can't handle the massive takeaway orders efficiently. Ramen was just okay, nothing amazing.
Food was great. But service (food) was very slow tonight. Not sure what happened in the kitchen, but everyone had their dinner delayed. I'm sure thisbis not a normal occurrence as the wait staff kpt apologizing for the delay. Wait staff was on the ball and very friendly. The seating area is not large, so prepare to wait during "busy" hours. Their To-go orders were pretty busy too.
