Waited 30 minutes in the drive thru with only 2 people ahead of me who got what looked like very small orders. I was patient because I figured maybe they were super busy inside and/or understaffed and working in retail I know how rough it can be but when I got to the window I saw only 4 people at 1 table dining inside and there were several people working. 3 or 4 of them at the window seemingly not doing anything at all except ask me 4 times what sauce I wanted and my answer being none every time? Then when I left I realized they had forgotten 2 items that I paid for and had just thrown the rest of my order in the bag haphazardly and barely wrapped leaving a ton of the food at the bottom of the bag. Dealing with the 3 people in front was really bizarre because it didn't make sense that it would take such a long time. When I'm running behind on orders I at least give the customers an explanation but none of them acknowledged how long everyone was waiting and there was a huge line behind me. It took them 10 minutes just to acknowledge I was at the speaker waiting for them to take my order which was only a handful of regular tacos. Just a really weird experience. Definitely won't be going back there.
This location always has a very long wait. They gave me incorrect drink and told me that it was just the color of the diet version, which is not true. Diet Baja blast is not bright yellow. They tried to tell me they wouldn't change my drink because there was a line. Another employee stepped in and gave me the correct drink. Ridiculous. How could you say no to fixing your own error?
Went in for lunch time. The doors were all locked had to knock on the window when the employees finally let us in. They have a dinning room opened sign and store hrs from 9am-12am yet all the doors were closed. Once we were let in the employees were very rude and telling us that the dinning room was closed. We ordered our food and someone else came by the door so we let them in and we found out it was another employee who also proceeded to be rude and let us know the dinning room is closed as once wasn’t enough and they had signs indicating otherwise. Manager/ owner needs to better train and care for their store since the employees don’t seem to want to be there doing their job and serving customers they rather close the doors and pretend they aren’t open.
It's sooo much to say about this location. Yall should have stayed closed instead of remodeling. System is always down, you close when you feel like it, food is always fixed wrong even when I order simple stuff, the attitudes all the time for no reason, when I pull up, I just get a (can I help you?) Well dang..what happened to...(hello, welcome to taco bell)....just close down or find new management.
I went to get a baja blast but since only the drive through was open, I went up to the window, (keep in mind i’m 15 and don’t have a car) and they wouldn’t take my order. I’ve done that at other fast food establishments like Burger King and they have taken my order with no concerns. This feels like discrimination to kids and people who aren’t able to drive and there was no reason what so ever to take my order. Very disappointed.
Staff here are very polite. Recently they’ve been out of certain items but that’s absolutely not the staffs fault. That’s more of a corporate problem due to the scarcity of certain goods in the US.
I showed up and the indoors was closed, even to order and take out. ( I was bummed ) The drive-thru line had about 5 cars waiting to order. But to my surprise , the line went pretty fast. The young lady who took our order was polite and accurate. Props to the cooks for getting the orders out quickly and the food was tasty. Will come back.
Time roughly 730pm. I was told they only took card or exact change, so I literally paid in exact change and got a free taco. I'm driving home happy after a long day of work. This evening crew is the GOAT to me.
I just went thru drive thru all 6 of my crunchy tacos were all broken from the bottom so as soon as u pick them up everything fell I understand one maybe two but all of them plus they didn’t even give me my receipt no napkins and still have an attitude when I asked to bag my burritos in a separate bag good job Taco Bell oh and there weren’t any cars behind me either so no reason to be treating people rudely
