It's been a while since we'd been here, but since my son's fundraiser includes this place, we decided to go there tonight. I like the new menu options, and maybe we'll return in the future.
They get my order done right when asked specifically
Its subway always some what fresh
First time I went there it was excellent, I ordered a black forest ham protein bowl, they put 10 slices of ham, second time 6, third time 5. In my last visit while ordering I was asked to move forward so they could attend other customers behind me I moved as asked and when I told them I needed another order one of the employees said to me" next time say everything you need so we dont have to go back" I've been to a few other sub places and I am always asked if I need anything else, it didnt happen here and I mentioned it to the employee I wasnt asked anything before being asked to move forward, she was like hum hum ok but next time order everything together.Definitely they need to be better trained in how to prepare orders and how to serve each customer.
