They charged me for a venti and got a grande ? I told the girl I was confused because I thought I had mentioned venti after paying almost 12 something for a venti drink and a cake pop and it was awkward when I was at the window and she was like ugh…. Yeah idk I’m sorry but she could have at least ask if I wanted my venti out of courtesy. Also when I came inside to purchase a tumbler I literally waited like 10 minutes with no line behind me ! And I didn’t even get acknowledged! I literally felt like I was invisible for a minute.

Terrible beverage quality. I received this... pink drinks aren't supposed to look like this... u can tell the barista got lazy and didn't want to shake it bc it was separated... upon asking nicely if it could be remade and add more coconut milk they handed me the same beverage with barely any ice and unapologetic ... no change... I gave up and went over to Mountain and Riverside and they happily replaced my beverage for me and made it right. I ended up tipping them instead. To the baristas at euclid and Schaefer learn how to make proper beverages... no customer should be paying almost 6-8 dollars for something like this. Do better and stop being lazy. This is also the 2nd time ive gotten a refresher that was unshaken.

My most recent visit was horrible. The lady taking my order was extremely rude, wouldn’t listen, kept interrupting me during my drink order, and made snarky comments throughout. I had to repeat myself multiple times. She didn’t know the policy’s about the nitro cold brew. I spoke to the manager Jasmine about my horrible experience. Jasmine was disinterested and bothered by me when hearing what happened. Jasmine did nothing about it and kept defending her rude employees like nothing happened. I expect better from Starbucks. I hope jasmine and her rude employee have a better day.
I've been here a few times in a row. I don't know how it is possible to consistently burn the same drink.
Definitely one of the faster Starbucks lines I've been through. Unfortunately this particular location seems to be getting hit really hard with deliveries of some products. Please keep that in mind before you go. They were happy to help me find another drink!
