I've gone to this Starbucks many times. The people who work here have always been reasonably friendly, polite, and professional. I have no complaints.The drive thru line sometimes gets crazy long and the cars will sometimes block the nearby entrance/exit to the plaza, which can be frustrating. You can save time if you park and order inside instead of waiting in the long drive thru line.
One of the best Starbucks,sometimes it can be a little busy but the drinks come out amazing,so worth the wait.Shoutout to Amanda for her fast & kind service.You don’t come across friendly very often,Thank you!
Every time I come here they never give me a quad. I pay for an extra shot and it still tastes like straight milk. It’s ridiculous. When someone orders an extra shot they want their coffee to taste like coffee not milk. It’s not rocket science.
So me and my mom placed 3 orders on the mobile app and we went inside and they told my Mom to wait at the drive thru. It was ready at 9:08 and we had to wait in the drive thru for 20min. After we came u to the drive thru they gave us our order and my mom's coffee wasn't extra hot and the Carmel ribbon crunch was too much cream in it. We came here a couple of times and it's mostly drive thru. What they need to do is to inform us if the dine in is open.
Due to wearing masks, the plastic barrier, loud music, and the loud noises it was hard to communicate with the cashier for placing an order. After my order came out there were two items missing. I went back and asked the cashier what happened and found out that we couldn't hear say they are out of stock on the item we wanted. I placed an order for something different and they were very quick to get my second order out ahead of the other orders. I did appreciate this, but I cannot give this Starbucks more than 3 stars.
I require exactly 3 smilligrams of salt to be added to my coffee along with exactly 4.75 gilligrams of pure 7-eleven cherry flavored slurpee that I supplied. Gage obliged and made my request true. The best Starbucks for this. The should have a dark souls poster installed.
First time ordering Starbucks through Uber eats, got a couple things but unfortunately my order was wrong..I was disappointed, as I was looking forward to drinking my warm latte, & I didn’t like the drink I got at all.What a waste.
Literally horrible service I got a hot venti coffee and I didn't taste the same as I usually get it so I called and I asked them if they probably gave me the wrong order they said no they just didn't have all the ingredients so I had to drive back and on top my change bill they gave me was ripped and was missing a big piece. I came to get my money they weren't apologetic and said the ingredient u wants doesn't make a difference I said yes it does.??? I told them I usually order in the one in Holt they have it and it taste different. They seem to have a horrible attitude. Honestly I'm never coming here again. They need to be train in customs services!!!
