Fast service. Pretty empty around noon in a Sunday, but by 1:30 pretty packed. Burgers are pricey, but pretty good. My party chose different bottomless sides and we all shared. Servers don't seem to care about that so if you feel like a side of broccoli and sweet potato fries just coordinate with the other people in the party so you won't have to pay for an additional side.
our waiter was super friendly!! however the people who served our food, both were young and they both bussed tables. one of them was male and had black hair and as he was passing my food down the table to me he spilled my drink literally ALL over me and the person sitting next to me without apologizing at ALL. it could’ve been entirely avoided if he had just walked over to my side and not try to pass it down the line. it was the end of the night, granted, but that’s not an excuse to make a bigger mess for you to clean up.
We enjoyed, I went for dinner with my Aunt, Uncle, cousin and baby boy and we had a blast!I had a spinach wrap with chicken and my son had a pepperonipepperoni pizza for kids, he loved it!I will go back and try some other dishes, I love the hamburgers from there!
Came here for a late dinner, about 30 mins before the 10 pm closing time. Food server was great, food was served hot and fresh and they even gave extra French fries without us requesting. The server is very attentive and has a very pleasing personality. Highly recommend to visit if you're in the area.
Went out with my husband to have dinner and actually went just after 6 p.m.. since we were a party of two we only waited 2 minutes to be seated. Our server Nate was very nice and made sure to keep checking in and getting us our bottomless french fries. The women's restroom did need service. The handicap stall had no seat covers and the floor needed picked up, the trash needed to be emptied and just a general maintenance in between customers. We left after 7 p.m. and it was definitely picking up. There was a line waiting to get in and to go orders were flying out the door
Hadn't had Red Robin in a long while but went here for lunch. We each got cheeseburgers and they were perfectly cooked and seasoned. I'd forgotten how good a Red Robin burger was. I got onion rings and my boyfriend got bottomless fries. The service was fantastic and we made a promise to ourselves to come back soon.
waiters and waitresses were amazing. There was 27 of us and they had it under control. It was my first time there, the food was amazing. Thank you!!!!!
Red Robins is just ok - if you like burgers. Not much else to choose from. Especially if you're looking for healthy options. The Chino Hills location has a very loud atmosphere. Too many small children running around. You can barely hear yourself talk.
Worst Red Robin location I’ve been to. Service was terrible. Server never really checked up on us after receiving our food. It also took a while to get refills on drinks/fries. One refill I got, the drink was watered down like the machine ran out of syrup. Probably won’t return to this location.
I just had to make a post about our server Joey ! He literally went above and beyond ! He had such great customer service skills and definitely made us feel so welcomed . He kept coming around to make sure we were good and had everything we needed. That type of service he did (which was EXCELLENT) is something you don’t see very often . He is such a sweetheart and deserves so much. just overall had such a positive attitude/ spirit . He is such a cutie pie . He made this experience soooo GREAT we will definitely be coming back again (: <3
