This place has been going down for years. I decided to try it again after the pandemic and the management and service is still Lackadaisical. This is why they only operate through drive-through service. Ordered an 8 piece with large side and they didn’t even have the large size container, gave me three small sizes of beans and rice with Too much rice! The chicken wasn’t hot…. I also ordered shrimp tacklebox…. at least four of the shrimp were not even shrimp, it was just fried batter!!!!! Whoever got good service here is just lucky!! If I could give zero stars I would.Close this place down!
Please read the reviews from other customers. I should’ve read them before ordering my food through its app. This is one horrible place. The employees don’t seem to understand what I was trying to tell them or they just didn’t care. The employees made me walk through the drive through JUST to pick up an online order when I told them my tall van won’t fit through the 10 feet tall drive though. I would have gone to another place if I hadn’t ordered and paid my food through its app. I suffered for 25 minutes standing behind 5 cars and inhaling their fume. Just a terrible experience. Please hire some employees that actually care or give them some minimum training.
Ordered in the mobile app to pick up inside and they made me go wait in the drive through line for 20 minutes.The app let me choose inside pick up. The rude guy behind the counter told me they aren't serving orders inside and made me go through the drive through, which has gotten longer while I had gone inside.A nicer attitude and an explanation would have made a difference. But the guy was dismissive and rude.Not coming back to this Popeyes again.
There is no ZERO STAR so I can only give ONE STAR.The store supervisor is super rude and not wanting to do her job, the normal wait time in front of the microphone is at least 25 minutes before people in there care to take your orders, the service you get is not quite the theme park ride wait that you are willing to take anyway, stay away from this joint if you can.After waiting 25 minutes and not getting anyone on the other end of the microphone, we drove forward to the window with a person to talk to, sometimes the drive throughs do that all in the same window.Then we were told that we need to wait in the microphone when they are done, they hear us from the headset but just chose to ignore, it could have been a nice little "one moment please" to settle this.After that we decide if we could just park and walk in the store and order instead, instead of helping us, the store supervisor refuse to help us with the order and say they don't talk walk in orders because of COVID precautions, then just keep saying "You have a nice day." No matter what we said asking nicely to place an order and turns out to say we need to see the supervisor and make the complaint, still nothing, zero fxxx given.We've decided this should go to all their social media platform and let the public know how this brand train their staff and treat their customers, people don't need to put up with this in this community at all, I feel sorry for the brand, the public relation is a mess.

Suuuuper slow service!!!… I don’t understand why it’s called fast food. There wasn’t anyone inside, there were just cars in the drive through and they still took almost an hour for me to get my food.
small store, extremely long wait for drive through experience, no mobile order, no store order! One-car space drive-through lane, once you get in, no way out and has to wait. Be cautious!
I was stuck in the drive thru for 30 minutes before they began to take my order and 43 minutes total to get my food. Of course I was concerned. When we asked the employee if everything was okay he said they had just opened. They open at 10, I got in the drive thru at 12 and ordered at 1230. So it didn't make sense. I found that they were short staffed. Which is understandable in Covid times but that should have been communicated rather than get defensive and an attitude. However the food was fresh hot and Tasty!! I wanted the frozen strawberry lemonade they advertised but of course all they had was fountain drinks.
it must be a standard for popeyes to mess up every single order and have missing items with below subpar customer service. it doesn't matter what popeyes you go to, they'll always mess something up. it's almost as if they go out of their way to screw up your order.
Ordered 2 can dine mild chicken fingers on a non-peak hour Sunday (12/19/21) at 1:45 p.m. and ended up waiting over an hour. No in-store pickup option, mobile orders were not being taken, only drive thru. There were only 4 cars in front of me. Wanted to drive off and go elsewhere but got stuck in the drive thru driveway with no option to leave. They're also short on food supplies...no mac 'n cheese when I tried to order it as a side. Worst wait time to date for fast food. It's a shame too because their fried chicken is good and I try to buy locally to support the local businesses.
