No one was at counter to take our order. Employees were laughing and chatting in the kitchen. Food was terrible!
Went with my friends to celebrate a birthday. Cashier was very nice explaining the different options as it was our first time there. Lots of tea options. I got the rose milk tea with boba and liked it. Reasonable wait time, we liked the food (I’m not picky).
Ordered the Takoyaki, Brown Sugar and Milk, and the Black tea with milk and Brown Sugar. Literally everything was amazing and sooo delicious. The staff is super friendly and offered such wonderful customer service. 10/10 will come again

Got to the restaurant at 2:45 p.m.Waited in line behind another customer who was ordering.Made my order.I noticed bill was for more than lunch special price.They said the lunch offer ended at 3:00p.m.I checked my clock and it was 3:01p.m.Talked to the manager and they wouldn't offer the lunch special even though I was waiting in line and ordered before 3:00 p.m.This location has never had good food or service as it's in a food court, but some consideration for your customers would be great.Frankly the workers there just don't care about your order, food, or business.Any other hotpot place would be better.

Food was average. As expected, the service is efficient borderline rude. What kind of server would left a giant bowl of steaming hot noodle soup on the edge of the table? Meanwhile the other server was on her cellphone whenever she had a chance.
