Over charged us advertising clearly states 17.99 for 2 -pie rise 3 topping pizzas they charge me 21.90 plus $3 for pie rise crust. Ordered 2 other pizzas on top of that. To top it off they gave away my pizza to someone else and had to wait to remake it. Jason's customer service is really bad BTW. ? I called to fix this and Jason hung up on me. I called back he issued no apology nor did he care to make it right. Horrible service.
Covid has ruined restaurants. Pieology has beer on tap,, tv's, & outdoor dining but feels very different now. Great Pizza! The White pizza is really good, I've almost perfected it!
Horrible service. Employees are half-paying attention. Took the "team" 40 minutes to make one of my pizzas, and when I went in to ask what was taking so long, it was sitting there and the team members were all in the back "smoking and joking". Also, this is possibly the last place in a 5 mile radius that requires a 0.5 oz piece of cloth to be worn on all customers. Ridiculous. Blaze is 1000x better.
We ordered two customized pizzas. The cauliflower crust was crispy and part of it tasted good, although it was burnt on one side. The toppings we chose were fine. The wait time was longer than usual and the staff didn't seem to be moving very quickly. We like this restaurant so I hope it gets better.
Pieology is always a taste bud experience. So many topping to choose from and always the same one price. It's a must visit when I come down here

They’re not a FAST eat, but they’re great! Really nice staff and good manager. Nice to see people in a good mood. Pies are always good.
Ok I remember it being a lot better a couple years ago!
Went to have pizza at the one in Chino there was no outside dining every place else had i indoor dining there was no heaters and it was cold outside. They didn’t even have plates for the pizza he told me to go next-door to see if I can get one from them service was terrible pizza was soggy.
