The food was Okay. The service was Okay The place wasn't very clean tables and chairs. The floor was dirty. The parking was Okay. Neighborhood is good. The food was the not the greatest. There was no lines to get your food. Easy to find. The price was Okay.
Today is the first time ever trying Tommy’s world famous burgers but to be honest it did not meet my expectations not even close the burgers are average and the chili is not good and way overpriced they also charge separate for burgers drinks and fries but they advertised combos….. I would not recommend this place ever
The whole restaurant was a 5 star experience. The cashier Gabby who took my order was so friendly and helpful since it was my first time at Tommy’s. My meal blew my expectations. They were very generous with the chili. No wonder they call it “World Famous”. Amazing. Will definitely be back soon.
The manager Shelly I believe was really Nice and welcoming. Took my order quick and Food came out even quicker! Cooks where great, got my order GREAT! EXTRA CHILI
I love coming to this Tommy’s. I’ve been coming here since I was a kid. I just wish they had one closer to where I live. But it’s definitely worth the drive.
Great place to eat manager manny with workers. Friendly workers. Gatta say that quarter pounder double was delicious. Awsome
We spent 48 minutes in the drive through line (only six cars). One car had to sit there for ten minutes while their food got cold just waiting for their drinks. I've never seen service that bad in any fast food place. If you can't staff adequately for a drive-through, shut it down. Don't trap people for almost an hour. I've loved Tommy's since 1980, but I won't be back for a very long time, I'm afraid.
This was my 1st time at Tommy’s and I was so impressed. The food was amazing and the staff was so friendly and helpful. I think I found my new favorite hamburger spot! Highly recommend!
This location was understaffed and had a long line. The wait time was well worth to support this establishment. You can see the pressure on the employees and managed to work together. Great team work!
