It was Mother's Day and they were very behind. But our server was so kind and so helpful and went out of her way to make our experience enjoyable. The first time I went to this location and if a busy backed up day like this, no matter how long it took, can still feel quite nice, then I can imagine a regular day is even better. Hoepfully. :) Until i have a reason to change my star rating choices, I'll give it a 5.
I have been coming here for a year and at first the service was great and amazing. This past month I have come a total of 6 times and the service has declined drastically. The food doesn’t come on time, utensils are missing, the customer service is minimal, drinks are dropped. The only reason this is not a 1star is because the food still tastes the same and is great.
American Italian.....its good but very basic. I like Olive Garden, I've never really been disappointed.This one is fairly new, very nice very clean. Staff is polite, service was fast. You have units on your table so you can order drinks and food without the serving team. So on those busy days you dont have to wait.
Olive garden is one of my favorite Italian restaurants. This location in particular is my favorite. The staff is always nice and the service is great. Every time I go the servers I get are very polite and attentive to all my needs. I am a big guy and drink a lot of water and the way I test great service is how long it takes them to refill my cup and they never keep me waiting long. Do thank you for the great service and always thank you for the food!
Waited for 2 hours to find the resturant empty because the manager stopped seating due to the kitchen staff being overwhelmed with orders. What he forgot to mention was that they were putting to-go orders a priority. So I was lied to. They were never going to open the tables anytime soon. Even the Olive Garden App said the wait time for a table of 4 was 0 minutes. I spoke to the manager about it and he said there was nothing he can do.
Our waitress was polite and checked up on us at perfect times. We got seated within 5 minutes of getting there (went around 9pm). Calamari and chicken alfredo and zuppa toscana was bomb like always.
Our waiter Kevin put in the wrong dish for me but he went above and beyond in getting my order correct. He provided excellent customer service. Food was good.
Service and food was good. Very disappointed that host say us at a dirty table when half the restaurant was empty. Lots of crumbs and food on the table. For sure not sanitized!

Started with "Mike" the gentleman opening the entrance door, the hostess who greeted us then our server "Justin" sooo professional, well mannered, sense of humor, patient, attentive, also a gentleman.
