Staff friendly, store clean. Food choice for lunch was tasty. Was going to whine about cost (a bit high), but then reminded myself, this is the new normal for eating out...?No 5 stars, this brand did away with what was yummy standard picks to eat. Feel they streamlined the menu to much.
On Mother’s Day. This place was SLAMMED.Every single staff member had a smile on their face. Everyone was working together and was a singular machine.Aaron was our server and was beyond kind and attentive even though he was working himself to the bone.Thanks to the entire team for a wonderful breakfast. Hope you all got some well deserved rest!
Though this is a chain, this particular location hit the mark for a great service and a nice experience for my family for a Sunday breakfast. The food is above average for a diner and also has some variations to try. A nice place to get into when you are feeling especially hungry in the mornings. Brunch/Breakfast is their expertise.
It was a Sunday morning and we showed up with 6 adults and a baby. They were super busy. We were told it would be at least a 30 minute wait. We were paged in less than 15 minutes. We were waited on promptly and the food was excellent. There wasn't a problem with anyone's breakfast.
This was my first visit post pandemic. Prior to the pandemic I liked having breakfast at this location. The first thing I noticed was the nook side room is plain now with white walls. All the color & decorations that gave it a New Orleans feel are gone. The menu is very simple as well, but the favorite are still there. The food is still good, but you don't get a muffin or juice anymore with your breakfast.
Today I walked in and was immediately given a seat. There was 2 ladies who were seated next to me soon after I was seated. Waited over 10 minutes and noticed the ladies that were next to me were served and given their drinks. Meanwhile no one checked up on me, I was given a menu and utensils but no one ever came to take my order. I left and before leaving I notified the manager on duty, I believe her name is Mona. She did apologized and offered another seating but I was a little disappointed so I declined the offer. Manager seemed very sincere but I think the employees should be trained to check on every customer. Team effort matters, I'm giving 2 stars because I didn't get a chance to review the food. First time here, don't know if I'll come.

Ordered mushroom brie melt with fries. All was under cooked. Sent it back to cook more . When re-served it was very good. Also had corn chowder. It was not like Mimi's corn chowder that I remember. Chef must of been having a bad day. Staff very nice. Children were running around, screaming and yelling ruining what we thought would be a nice lunch. Yikes
This place was empty the evening we visited so we were not expecting much. To our surprise, the food and atmosphere were wonderful! I would come back if we find ourselves in the Chino area again!
Always a great time here. Calm atmosphere. Very friendly. Delicious food. (Wine) Bottle service too at a low and reasonable price, which was awesome.
