Haven't been to McD in years, found out they no longer have any salads....so just got stuck in the drive through line until I could leave ??
Ordered four cheeseburgers with NO ketchup. Got home and each burger was marked with a label that said NO ketchup. Open them up to find they were completely plain with only ketchup. No pickles onions or mustard, just ketchup. I'll never go back to this location, they've got stupid inside.
Service is slower than usual and the food doesn't taste fresh. Everything is assembled without care; my big mac was toppling over by the time I opened the box. Disappointed and will try to avoid this location if possible.
Fast food drive thru are how covid spreads they wear gloves but touch everyone's cards cash then handle drink cups from all the last customers before you. You go home wash hands and pick up that highly German cup eat fries and germs end up in your mou?
Ordered thru mobile app, completed order when I parked. They came out to say we are too short staffed to bring out your food, you need to wait in the drive thru. Tried to call the number provided, it was no longer in service. This McDonalds does not have good customer service skills
Ordered online and went to pick it up at around 7pm when the lobby should be open, but all doors are locked. A sign reads to press buzzer and call their phone number, but there's no buzzer and "this phone number is no longer in service". I went to the drive thru and waited 20 minutes before giving up without my order and my money gone.
Best McDonald's in the area.... Friendly, efficient and accommodating!
Still closed at 5:30am while new sign says drive through open at 5am (changing corporate 4am opening) where everyone?
I will not be going to this McDonald's again anytime soon. I ordered a happy meal and a cheeseburger for my kids it took literally 25 minutes to get my food . Workers were arguing in the kitchen and the cashier was not organized.
Food wasn't as hot as I would have liked it to be.
