This McDonald’s location is always a hit or miss. Some days my visit would be good or really good and other days it’s just not good at all. I know there’s a young lady there who isn’t friendly at all. I never catch her name but I know it’s her as soon as I drive up to the pick up window. She’ll just hand you your drinks and your bag food without a word. Accuracy is never a problem here for me as my orders are usually pretty small and should be simple enough, but the customer service part of some of my visits just sucks really bad at times. There are times where the dining area will be closed, it’s never posted but it does happen from time to time. I’ve asked the Employees before and they told me it’s because they are understaffed.
Best mcd in chino area. The spectrum mcd is always slow and fries cold. This one never have an issue.
It's like pulling teeth to get a response from the employees...but at least food was warm.

Dine-in option opened, so we went inside! Only three customers inside! I ordered, no new customer, but the food is ready after 19 minutes! We chose the dine-in option, but still put the food in the packet like take out option, no tray! The table was very dirty, also the food on the floor! The bathroom was also very dirty and smelly! Horrible Customer Service! If possible, I would give - 2 ratings!
Dine in and waited to order 20min. When checking my order in my receipt was incomplete had to go back in line to correct my order. Waited another half hour to get my order my table we were eating at was dirty.floor dirty. I will not go there anymore. They really need help or better management and employees.
Thus place sucks thay are so slow it is pathetic place was empty and thay took forever to make my food and almost forgot my drinks had ti ask for them and I used the app the order and they still took forever
Got my entire order completely wrong even though it was right on the side of the bag. I ordered a McChicken, a small fry and a new crunch double combo. Ended up with 2 large drinks, 2 larges fries, 2 custom quarter pounders with cheese and 20 mcnuggets.Waited for them to call our oder for a while, had to go up and ask about our food which was just up sitting on the counter in a sealed to go back. Only found out about the difference once we got back to work.Also hardly anyone to take orders, they are mostly making people use the inner kiosk and their drive thru is really slow.
Quality control on vegetables is at an all time low in this location. Ordered a chicken sandwich and the lettuce was all brown. It was unappetizing. Waited longer than usual for my food just to get something I ended up not eating. Disappointing.
Went to this place this afternoon to get lunch while shopping at Home Depot and then found out that we are not able to Walk in to place order and when we got inside we were told that they are not accepting any payments in the dining room only online orders. only the drive through was open packed with cars one lane open .so line was 2x longer . However the two customers in front of me were able to place their order at the counter and served no problem. How can this be considered fast food and how can this be a reasonable way to serve customers. I wish I could say that it's worth zero stars and that their food is not worth the wait I will no longer eat at any other McDonald's at all. Ever again I'm telling my family and my friends not to do the same I think you'll find a way out of American fast-food chain very shortly. The CEOs and the corporate shareholders should be ashamed of the ridiculous rules that some of these places implement they're not necessary. And I think that each manager and store is doing whatever they want to. Goodbye McDonald's.
