I do Uber, and lyft, I like to get my coffee here ... manager, and staff give outstanding service, there was a long line at 1 am 03/22. I just want to recognize the hard work and excellent service at this location????
I think it's extremely unfair how everytime I'm always shorted on my fries. The prices have increased, but yet you purposely short customers on their fries all the time. I went inside to let you all know I'm tired of paying full price for half of what I ordered and someone yelled for the manager and said, someone else about the fries again...so that mean you all are doing this all the time and on purpose. Give paying customers what they pay for or lower the prices. ..thos is a picture of what I got and I was not having it any more
Why the fries cold asl.. the drive thru is busy which means the fries shoukd be in heavy rotation. These are cold like if they've been sitting for hrs. Might as well just have given me a bag of lays chips . Omg and the burger is cold. What the ?
Surprised at the decent Google reviews for this McDonald's location!This location is unusually *busy & packed*, with tons of cars along the drive-thru and also tons of people waiting inside the restaurant (even during Covid). They are decently quick to process your orders, but that's because they do a sloppy job.Ordered two combos off of the menu, and the cashier got the order wildly wrong, somehow. (Ordered 1 breakfast sausage McMuffin meal + the "two sandwiches for $5 combo" deal... She entered the wrong drink, wrong sandwich, and added an additional McMuffin on the side.) I gently noted it to the cashier (the price was a +$10 difference), who reacted slow/annoyed and called over another cashier, who was also incompetent and confused, and called over the "manager". The "manager" (woman in 30's) seemed like she could care less, took my receipt and 5+mins later, handed me $7 in cash back, saying "here, this is right, right? it's right". It was still $3 short, but the "manager" held onto the receipts... Regretting already wasting 20+min of my life coming here, I took it and left...TLDR: the most incompetent staff I've met (not an exaggeration), and busy, packed location
Sadly they undercooked my hashbrowns and the line is super long. Not the best drive thru but still just a McDonalds
System down so can’t pickup mobile order. Wish the mobile app can tell me that before I drive all the way here.
Fish filet combo with coke and ? is what I ordered. The fries were not as fresh as I wanted them to be. But I didn't ask for fresh ?. But fish filet sandwich is good with sweet and sour sauce which I added. Coke is the best I have tasted, so carbonated! Only thing is, they let your order sit, and this been the second time when I have gone. Maybe they just got busy! Overall the location is clean and nice customer service. Seem they had a new guy, patient guy and I liked he repeated my order several times. He is good in the front customer service.
