Manager was rude... Was upset kids were little too excited... Told us to calm my kids... Like it's my kids fault their excited for ice cream..

New business: Product/Supplies/Equipment is ready for use all in needed it staff. As this location is quite under staff at the moment & yes prices are a tad higher compared to other locations.

Wow! Seriously the nicest people ever. Got served by a couple. They messed up my order the first time which is ok. It happens. What doesn't happen is when they call you to correct their mistake and even throw in more things, plus let you keep the order they messed it up for. In addition, they didn't want to accept the tip I wanted to give them because "it is our fault". By far the nicest people I have ever met, no cap! ❤
I Love this place so much, it has become an addiction!! They have so many ice cream flavors and sorbets to choose from! Back before covid, one of the friendly employees let me sample practically every flavor I was intrigued by! I have recommended this specific La michoacana to so many people, and everyone tells me they loved it just as much as me! I hope to come back soon for the yummy Mangonada and chips with cheese!!!
I got a lemonade with corn and the butter was all melted. It looked like I was eating on with oil. I didn't look good at all
Extremely great service and cleanliness, they could use a little more toppings but the taste is on point,I got a mangoneada and a couple of paletas de frutas and it was a Fair price.
Very expensive comparing to others michoacanas, portions servings ridiculous small, and they charge more! Seriously if you go la michoacana in central you will get more for less, in this one they used the small containers and they charged like if you are buying a large one
Worst customer service ever. There was only one other guy inside who had already been helped and it took them 15 minutes to finish up with him. His order? 2 fresh squeezed juices. I had just come from the Michoacana on Central Ave and I forgot to order something so I stopped here to skip the long line and ended up taking twice as long for a Fresas con Crema that was had filled with cream. The only reason I even wanted one was because I saw someone else order one at the previous store and it looked great. The one this guy sold to me was mediocre at best. Avoid at all costs.
