Let me start off by saying, this location has some problems. Tonight was the last straw. We ordered our food, get home missing an item. Happens all the time, but when you close your dining room 10 mins before actually supposed to close making people that actually make a conscious effort to get to said location in time so you don't have to wait in a drive thru for 30 mins. Now the rest of the food has gone cold/soggy and whomever worked there tonight, supposedly can't replace anything because it wasn't brought back to be replaced. IF Y'ALL HAD GIVEN US THE ORDER CORRECTLY TO BEGIN WITH, EVERYTHING WOULD HAVE BEEN FINE! Completely disgusted by this location!
I ordered two patty’s and a munchies meal, usually the munchies meal comes with curly and regular fries but they gave me a small regular fries and the patty’s weren’t in the bag, I went back and they gave us what they were supposed to but kind of laughed it off, very unprofessional and a waste of time. Also you can be screaming at the drive through to order and they still can’t hear!!
These are old nuggets and they only gave us 3I ordered 5This is unacceptable! I just noticed when I got home !!! ??
Employees do not know how to read. It clearly stated time of operation I walked in on a Friday where it's clearly states the time of dining room hours ,I was escorted out because they said the dining room was close when other patrons were eating in the dinning room . Horrible service. A high school diploma should be required for employment.
Love ❤️ it the staff members were so awesome, happy people, hard working to keep a clean, shiny place. Work to please the customers needs. Michelle was totally Awesome as well as the rest of the workers. ?
This location is one of the dirtiest greasiest JackinTheBox's I have ever been to. They always mess up your order too in drivethough.
It was the best jack in the box I’ve ever been too !!! The workers there are so nice and lay back ! They give you extra food , everything so good and worth my money , some girl named dalia was in the window and she was very nice and helpfully she was talking to me while I was waiting for my food 5/5 forsure
Bad serrvice The worst place to eat!! outside says you can eat inside and when you enter the manager tells you no... they only take orders by drive thru!!! ??? If that's the answer, remove the sign that says dining room is open!!! The manager didn't even want to take my order to go.The manager didn't even take the time to explain anything to me, she just said no, go to the drive thru and I don't have a car!! ? really a very rude manager ..They don't even deserve a star ???
I don’t think y’all want to eat here. There’s this guy that looks like he’s high all the time and this girl with the winged eyeliner told me the drink was a sprite when it was not. I was on my way to deliver it when I noticed it was a different color like ginger ale color like what !!! That’s ridiculous! Hire better professional people that do there job with excellence !!!!
By far the worst jack in the Crack in a 10 mile radius. The staff moves like molasses and the stench of foul food hits as soon as you open the door. Management needs to find a better crew. Or start drug testing it's employees.
