been coming to this location for many years, lately, it's even busier than usual, and orders have started to come-out wrong, fries are soggy now, just last night, our fries were well below what's expected of in&out, also,we specifically asked for our drinks without any ice, and was confirmed, and what do you know, they were filled almost to the top with ice.in&out has been going downhill, this location, alongside with the one by the Morongo Casino are the worst I've come across, in my experience. hard to say, because you think of in&out as a standard of a good burger.
They always get our orders right and the staff is always friendly. PRO TIP- when driving east on grand, enter right before the Starbucks entrance. Sometimes the line gets really long and this puts you right at the end of the line instead of needing to go all the way around the parking lot if you enter at the earlier light.
Wow what happened? Soggy limp fries? Honestly I usually love your food but I won’t go back to this location ever again.
In-N-Out hamburger is one great burger that no one could ever copy! Today when I went into the In-N-Out hamburger I ordered the number 3 combo, the person that took my order was very helpful me sitting there waiting for my order I could see great teamwork with all the employees very well clean place friendly people are very polite the workers very professional I give him a 10 star....
been going to the Chino Hills In n Out for years. people say its overrated but ill never not love the burgers and fries here. shakes are top tier and the secret menu allows new ways for you to mix up your meal. an example being asking for animal fries which you'll get 1000 island sauce covered on your fries

I try drive thru this time: a worker came to take order by car, pay at first window and get foods on second window. Line was very long but waiting time less than 10 minutes.Great service
Same as the other in and outs Burger joints: over salted and over fried buns; crowded as usual. You need an extra 15 minutes of wait time if you come here. French fries, Kona blend coffee and shakes are pretty good. Just noticed that they offer free hot cocoa to kids on rainy days. This is nice but it doesn't rain that much in Chino.A couple of years later… I retried their cheese burger and again it was overly salted and almost inedible. Also tried the animal fries and it was not very good due to its again saltiness. I would suggest that they don’t salt the fries and beef patties so heavily. Service was still excellent and restaurant very clean.
