Ok, so I hate to give El Pollo Loco a bad review. I LOVE this chicken!! I’m only leaving the review on this location in Chino. First time at this particular location and I could not believe the unsanitary conditions.First, I noticed the girl making the food orders had no gloves on (gross) and was actually touching tortillas and preparing food for customers with her bare hands. Upon my speaking with the mgr she immediately put them on.Next, all around the food counter was food that had spilled out and no one bothered to clean it up. Looked really disgusting and nasty. The last straw for me was when someone at the drive thru sent their food back and the guy put the chicken back on the grill. Yikes!! how did he know the person didn’t open and touch the food? Once a customer has touched it, I thought it goes in the trash.I was so freaked out by the conditions of this place that my husband and I left and went to the Chino Hills location, I just left them a 5 star review.Lastly, the staff was very nice but in my opinion they lack the proper training and may not understand how dangerous these conditions are for unsuspecting customers. Please do better Chino El Pollo Loco before someone gets sick.
Philly and Central not worth the money , if you want taco bell enchilada sauce in a cup get yours here, diffenlty not worth the buck yet the trip go to your loco Mexican taco shop for authentic taste cause this is some weak item on the menu
Very disappointed in this pollo loco. Ordered a chicken tostada salad and they forgot the sour cream. Not only that but the creamy cilantro as well and very little beans and rice. It was mostly lettuce and the tostada part. Also the churros were very cold !! Not fresh at all
Everytime I come here I kindly ask for NO PICO and somehow you guys manage to put in my food every single time, isn't there a button for it? Is it the cashier's fault or the prep person?
Very delicious grilled chicken with a touch of herbs and very favorable. Skin and skinless to bone or boneless. Very healthy food choices. Juicy chicken can be ordered also. Many sides to choose from to complete your meal or choose already combo meals or family meals. Kid meals and desserts are available. Discounts are available to seniors. Many condiments are also available to spice up your meal..... Check your order when you receive it. Just make sure it's what you ordered before you leave.
I ordered a chicken avocado burrito and ended up with a cabbage burrito. This burrito was literally 3/4 cabbage with very little chicken or beans. It's like they want you to pay for more chicken. I mean I don't mind paying more for extra chicken but come on. I wont be back here. Do yourself a favor and not order the burrito. It may actually come with chicken.
The drive thru line was too long, the customer service has been better and the phone skills of the employee was terrible. No walk in to order take out. So why would anyone like to eat here. Not me. At least not at this fast food joint.

The worst el pollo loco in the world……they close Early whenever they want website say one thing you get there and it’s always something else .I came today at 6 o’clock and they had no chicken unbelievable…Corporate needs to come down to fix this store
