Ordered 5/14/22 great experience. Highly recommend. Everyone was professional & precise. Ordered online& payed with credit card no problems. Called to see status very friendly.The Cooks were good order was correct we got10 pizzas. David our delivery guy was cool & I was very impressed. Tipped on credit card $20 these guys deserve it. Our party jumped on the pizza it was great.
Poor service, I waited standing outside the store for over an hour, then it was still a 45 minute wait to get my pizza. Terrible service, worst Domino's around the Chino area. They don't care about there customers at all.
I ordered the pie online at 6:29pm. I went to the store at 7:05pm to pick it up and pay for it. After I paid the full amount, there was no $3 off tip as advertised, Then the clerk told me the pizza will be ready in 15 to 20 minutes. So, forget about ordering online just go to the store to hang out and wait. 45 minutes or more wait. The pie was very tasty but the wait soured my first few bites. And what about the advertised $3 tip?
Worst experience. Ordered at 6:13. On website it said it would be done 51-56 minutes. So let's say it should have been ready at 7:13. I was still waiting on my pizza at 7:40. It's ridiculous. Especially since it wasn't a huge order. They couldn't even throw in a couple of wings or something to keep the customer happy lol. She basically said screw you, we're busy and we don't go by the time on the website. Will never order from here again ?
Fresh pizza!! I love it, the last couple of orders have been on point from start to finish, the process to order is quick and easy on the app and you get points!
Ordered the thin crust vegetarian pizza with jalapeños, green peppers and onion...the pizza was not ready despite the email saying it will be. After it picked up after a little delay, we found way too much toppings on all three, they were not cooked either, the green bell pepper was not completely cooked, very little cheese as well, overall, it was a disappointment!
The manager told me I was going to get a free pizza for waiting 40 minutes in the curbside pick up for my order. He lied! There is nothing! They take forever even in curbside pickup. Very disorganized store. I heard one of their workers had corona virus while working there. The girl working there also hung up on me. They are so rude!
It was worse before I tried to salvage it... before picture was taken. First time I ever received a pie like this. Ridiculous!
This is our local Domino's and they have come through in a pinch on many occasions. We love their pizza and wings.
A great domino's location. They are normally fast, everything turns out nice and they listen to my odd delivery instructions... Back of my truck or by the garage door lol. Thanks guys for helping on the nights I just can't cook.
