I don't come to denny’s often but recently I went, and I had an amazing server! Her name was Ana Lopes; I hope I got it right :). Not only did she answer all my questions throughly, but she brought my food in a timely manner. I also loved how she checked up on us frequently and kept us satisfied. Its not every day I come to these restaurants and feel like coming back. Thank you Ana L. for your hospitality.
Very short staffed.My food arrived cold.I feel the food for Dennys is better than what it used to be since this whole social networking on the menu.I made eye contact with someone up front 6 times trying to get help. She would look away or pretend she didn't see me.Turns out our server went on break for 15 minutes and didn't have anyone cover.I wanted them to heat my burger up. I asked for 30sec in a microwave. I just wanted to eat. Hangryness was kicking in. They put my burger in for over a minute and turned everything to mush.I feel the food would have been a 5 star considering its Dennys.Majority of items are $12-$17 range.I usually base my star reviews on food quality. Hence 4.Service. 2 stars only because the server apologized they left and did was cold and tried to make it right.
This Server like most of the servers and the restaurant say hi to you and asks how you are doing then ask for your beverage and if you are ready they will take your order Ninfa. Is very friendly and courteous she usually waits on me and my family when we come in together but on top of everything around her she is a very good server. Thank you Ninfa.
I have lost track of the number of times over the past 2 years I have gone there in the middle of the night and they are closed with a sign taped on the front door. Even though people are still in there. This is unacceptable for a place that advertises being open 24 hours. It never used to be this way when charlina and Scott worked here. Better off driving an extra 10 minutes and going to the Norms off the 10 freeway in Claremont
Horrible horrible horrible service. I order food 30 minutes before showing up. When I get there they told me they didn’t even start. I waited another 20 minutes and nothing for nachos so I left. Leo does not listen to know one. Had lady waiting 20 min for coffee to go bring her water. The restaurant was not even busy maybe maybe 3 tables only. Leo did not know where he was at like if he was high
Good late night go to places, taste are very predictable across all locations. Denny’s is like the place you won’t propose when planning to go out with friend or on a date, but it has the magic to have you eventually end up in a same old Denny’s at the same late night, order some same good tasting food and have the same type of fun.
45 minutes for my burger and fries to show up? Ridiculous. Especially when it's relatively dead in the middle of the night.Server was nice, apologized for the extremely long wait, but never came back to check on me after bringing me the food. Didn't even bring me my check.Only reason why it's not a 1-star is because I've had good experiences here before.Also, the iced tea tasted really strange, and I have no clue why.
Ok, first off, GONG!! Was the best server!!!. Very professional, friendly, prompt and attentive. We came in at 6:30 in the morning and we’re seated as soon as we came in the restaurant. The restaurant was clean, and the food was delicious. Thank you so much Denny’s!
This was the best Denny's location that I've been to. The one in El Monte is very eh but this one, what made it great was the service. We had an excellent server! And they were fast too despite it being kind of busy. Too bad I don't live in Chino. But was still a great dining experience.
Maybe there's a new cook?Not very happy with the food at all. Over and undercooked. I remember Dennys being much better than I experienced this trip.When they charge $15~ a plate, I expect better.
