Fresh and delicious food made to order. What more can you ask for? Today, I enjoyed a steak burrito with white rice, black beans, fajita veggies, guacamole, corn salsa, mild AND hot salsa, and their amazing lime and salt tortilla chips. Yum! Used the app and got exactly what I ordered that was ready when they said it would be ready. Oh, and also got a really nice smile and cheese friendly greeting from the server. Well done, @Chipotle!I go there often, so maybe I'll see you there.Cheers, friends!
everything is good as usual but the rice is consistently undercooked. any other location does not have this problem
My go-to Chipotle when im at work. The people are friendly except when they forced me to wear a mask or they wouldn't serve me but other than that, they always entertain conversation. The food is always good.
Chipotle, Philadelphia/Central: I really like your product, but can you please teach your staff how to package the tacos so that the fillings are still IN the taco when I get home, not everywhere else? You used to wrap them so they remained intact.
The most dissapointing Chipotle I've been to! Meat was very fatty and they didn't have any vinaigrette dressing 30 minutes after opening. How the hell are you going to eat your salad with no dressing??? They should be prepared when they open those doors!
Came to eat here with the family on 1/5/22 and ordered Togo . When we sat down to eat our food it was not at all what I expected and can’t believe I paid for this . Wow. I tried to call them and let them know how bad my food was and no answer. They must have numerous complaints and are trained not to answer the ph. Avoid this place if you can . Not worth it at all . The rice was crunchy and not cooked properly in one burrito and the meat was just all fat . Very poor quality. Must be trying to save money at the customers expense. I have eaten here a few times and they always have different employees, never a familiar face with that being said they must not treat their employees right and it shows . Just saying
Who ever the manager is at this location. They need to give my man Alberto a raise. With only a team of four others and a line a of hangry customers they were definitely trying their best to go beyond their duties. They kept cool. Much respect.
terrible customer service, first they messed up my mobile order and gave me someone else’s food,I tried calling the store 3x times and no one answered, when I went back I gave them the bag they gave me the employee who took the bag dropped it on the floor and instead of picking it up started kicking it across the floor right in front of me.Very unprofessional staff
Great customer service, very clean place. It was like 6 PM and they were out of corn already.
