Worst visit! The new western fries were cold! And the regular fries were cold!! too!! I, I asked for a hamburger no onions and a bite the hamburger and a half onions!!!!Went today and didn't have a pleasant visit due to the cashier Elizabeth was so in a hurry that she didn't get my order right.,and decided to talk about to her other associates while I was eating there.
Good food and service. Little different. Not just another fast food burger.
1st time visiting this Carl's Jr near my granddaughters High School. We went thru the drive thru to order her something for a snack after school. There were onky 2 cars ahead of us but tge lune seemed to take over 12+ minutes. She got a cheeseburger kids meal for $6 that included a cheeseburger, fries, and small drink. She said it was worth the wait! It was worth what I paid so we will be back.
Customer service is excellent; all employees were so friendly and professional. I've been to other Carls Jr locations and this is by far tops them with their service.
Had to drive thru. I placed my order the self-absorbed girl didn't listen to anything i asked for. She came back to me and asked me to repeat my order. I really don't feel they care what people order just out for the money. I work too hard for my earnings to be ignored when ordering. Want me to pay your wages then earn it!
I greatly appreciate the company and staff for being open on Xmas day and the service they provided us.
