Ordered to go. They told me 5 to 10 minutes. 30 minutes passed by and they told me another 5-10 minutes while everyone else that is not a to go order is getting thier food. Even sit in customers that came 15 minutes after me were already getting thier food. I had to spend my lunch time waiting and not enough time to eat since i had to go back to work. There was a couple of other people waiting for to go as well and didn't look nor sound happy with the service. One a food delivery driver said he had been already waiting over 30 minutes when i got there. Which he left without the order because they kept telling him the same thing they were telling me.From my oberservations (and this is not the first time) they push to go orders to the side and prioritize sit in customers first. I dont see that as fair as we are also thier customers . They dont have an equal flow of a serving system. A bit further from my job but I'll stick to pho grand on grand ave and won't be coming here any longer. These guys can't set the right expectations to their to go customers and favor sit in customers over to go customers.So beware your order will be pushed to the side (who knows how long because they dont) if you order to go or delivery.

Ordered pho ga. The chicken was tough and overcooked but the broth was really good. Service great. I also like their bun.
First time here! I really enjoyed the food. I was impressed on how clean the restaurant was. You guys were top notch on service. I am not in the area often, but when I am I will return for a visit!
Been going here since high-school always love coming here to enjoy some great Pho! Tried so many places and keep coming back love the food and the French coffee is amazing too!
First time trying this place and the service was excellent. I was in the mood for Phó, but server suggested Fried Chow Mein condition plate. Careful now because it was served steaming hot. It came shrimp and beef in vegetables on noodles with fried noodles all around it. It was mild in flavor, but it was what needed because it had broth at the bottom.
The eggs rolls, noodles and charbroiled port chop are great. Could use more staffing to minimize the wait times during COVID.

I enjoy having a quiet lunch here as they have optional dine in seating.The rare steak pho bowl large is my favorite.The broth is extremely hot and delicious.The taste is authentic and flavorful of what you would expect from this dish if you have had it at other similar restaurants.A side dish of mint leaves, bean sprouts, lime and jalapeños are provided to you.The staff is polite and attentive to my table in regards to keeping my beverage full.I like the quiet calm atmosphere while I eat, I don't feel rushed to finish and leave.All my expectations are met and I am glad to continue to lunch here.
It was pretty good, the Garlic Noodles was very garlicky and that's they way I like it. Didn't like the pesky flies that were quite bothersome.
