First time ever at this place about a week ago. Got a chicken salad from this place. My girl got a cheese burger. The burger was very good ( fries were also very good) but the chicken salad enjoyment ended quickly. As i was eating my salad, I bit into something very hard and crunchy ( very gross sensation) That feeling caused me to suddenly lose my appetite. Didn't want to even see what the heck it was, closed the lid, threw it away without thinking twice. I've had chicken salads from tams, toms, bakers, no hard crunches, ever. No problem skipping this place in the future.
I have eaten here many times and usually get a bacon burger and chocolate shake. The shakes are made the traditional way with scooped ice cream and blended, very good! The burger is charbroiled and has plenty of toppings and thousand island dressing (secret sauce). The menu has a great variety and the food has been consistent for me every time I have eaten here. Prices are fairly reasonable.
They are really good at putting you on hold. I spoke to a young female, I called three times and each time I was put on hold by the same person for 10 minutes the first time and over 5 minutes the other 2 times. I just got off of work and was trying to before I got there, but I was better off not calling at all and just waiting in line like everyone else, so much for the convenience of phone orders. Go to super chili burgers down the street, their prices are better and their customer service is way above Andy's burgers. Only come here if you're really desperate.

I grew up on this place the food has changed a little over the years still pretty good but the service quality has gone down cooks are good but the rest of the service sucks definitely not half of what are used to be
Fried Zucchini & Mushrooms are good. I've always shared with someone because there's a lot.
I really enjoy these burgers and they are still reasonably priced. The employees here are nice and professional. Andy's also has a great variety of quality Mexican food and breakfast is also served.

So Far all good here from breakfast to Steak Picado. Cooked to order I like very much
Ordered two combos one with onion rings got charged $27 and when I called to let them know the onion rings were missing they say oh no we didnt charge you for that & the teenager on the phone was really rude and condescending to a paying customer offering no apology and attempt to make things right. The burger was a two on a good day the best thing was the drink sad been going here for years but wont be back.
