The people are friendly and the food is good especially the meat tacos and chimichangas. Will recommend this place to my friends.
Carnita nachos are delicious with a cold horchata,I also ordered a chili relleno and it was cold still the red sauce had a good flavor
The cashier wasn't actively listening to b anyone's order. So many people had to repeat multiple times over and over again what they wanted. This made the line extremely long. Then when they got their food it was still wrong lol smh. For me I ordered an asada wet burrito with no guac and add rice. Guess what? Tons of guac on top and no rice. The asada literally was dry and didn't taste like it had any seasoning. It taste as if it were just cut up steak (cheap steak) and tossed in a skillet to over cook.I'll not be going back at all.Service not good and horrible Mexican food
Had a limited lunch hour so I ordered online to save time. As I was getting ready to head out 15 minutes later, I received a message saying the restaurant didn't confirm the order so it was canceled and I would have to wait several days for a refund. Tried calling the restaurant, got no answer. Don't order food from here, they're con artists that don't care about customers!

Super fries and super nachos are the only reasons I go to Albertos. Great to share, or to pig out on by yourself.

It use too good they short the portion smaller and the price higher and they still charge for using your card
