I always come in here and never had a problem until recently they brought this new guy in, this guy isso rude, Not to mention half of the workers arenot even wearing masks in the place .I asked him for a certain kind of cheeseIt’s fresh mozzarella , He told me they’re out of it and then the very next customer got that same cheese that I ask for, can you see the disrespect here ?I’m not sure why they did not want to give it to me , He also done this to me before, then I even went as far as telling them ,I will pay extra for it .And they told me they can’t do that. When it’s called build your own pizza ?They barely speak English inside this placeIt is very unsanitary!!!It is a violation in Chino Hills to serve food with no masks on.Then I just got so upset because I see there’s so unclean inside this place. I realize it’s not safe andI just ran out. I do not recommend anybody to go.Just being unsanitary is just enough right there everything else is just other reasons why I would never ever come back !!!

Was super tasty. Was freshly made for me. Was ready when i arrived for pick up. Good quality ingredients

We have been so tired of soccer level pizza houses that are only ok to take a soccer team to. This pizza was made more for adults who like good food. Cheese was plentiful crust was thinner and just the right crispy. All ingredients were fresh and plentiful. Our absolute go to pizza meal will now want to tryv5heir other foods,

My family had been visiting since they opened. Always had good service and good food. Tonight the service failed. After my order was taken and paid for, several other parties came in for dining. They received their garlic bread and salads, one party received their pizza, another received a second order of garlic bread, all white the guy typically making the pizzas was serving pitchers of beer to a larger party.I finally walk up and was asked what my name was. I was told they ran of garlic bread, waiting for my wings order when it was sitting at the window for pick up. While other prepared foods were being delivered to the tables. Had my worst service ever and I was sure to let the young lady know. Even after providing a 20% tip.T.I.P.S. = To Insure Prompt ServiceI won't be leaving a tip if I return.

This was a wonderful place to eat, you can do custom pizzas or buy off the menu! The crepé we got was amazing. They also serve the biggest pitchers of beer I've ever seen

I ordered the Aloha on gluten-free crust this is the most delicious gluten-free pizza I’ve ever had in my life!

very good pizza. workers are friendly and willing to help with whatever you have

Ordered a barbecue chicken pizza. Half of the cheese moved to one side of the pizza and the cheese tasted weird. Also there was a puddle of Bbq sauce that may have been a whole bottle put on the pizza that overpowered everything else. Dough was chewey but not in a good way. Tasted worse than most frozen pizzas I’ve tried and it seemed like a disgruntled employee took their suppressed aggression out on my pizza . Go to chino hills pizza company if you want a decent slice of pizza.

Ordered through their website and requested curbside pickup (they have it as option) and made special request for parmesan cheese and red pepper flakes. Arrived at the parking lot and called them to tell them I’m here for curbside pickup and they don’t know what I’m talking about. I told them i have pickup order and they confirmed it’s ready, i tell them I’m out side and the guy sounds annoyed and tells me “come in it’s ready.” I tell them i chose option for curbside pickup and they don’t know what I’m talking about. A bit annoyed, I just decide to walk in and get my order and ask them “you guys don’t offer curbside pickup?” And their faces look dumbfounded and have no response. I said “whatever” and left with my food. There were no parmesan cheese and red peppers.Ok that’s fine but i ordered buffalo chicken and they gave me unseasoned deep fried chicken with ranch on the side and no sign of any buffalo sauce. Comes with fries but soggy by the time when you get home but understandable. Had to drizzle tabasco sauce and dip the tasteless chicken in ranch to make it edible. Either they forgot to include the buffalo sauce or their buffalo chicken is just tasteless burnt fried chicken.Their pepperoni pizza sauce was where I finally decided this place needs a review. Their pepperoni pizza is cheaper than the margherita pizza i got which was questionable. It’s supposed to be same tomato sauce but comparing side by side it’s completely different. Their lower priced pepperoni pizza reminds me of those canned spaghetti-o’s. Mo doubt they are using canned premade tomato sauce for their pepperoni pizza. Margherita pizza was decent and is what allows one star for this restaurant that has no idea what they are doing.

Great pastrami pizza. Tasty red sauce and crust.
