OMG..OMG. has ANYONE ever heard this before? They only ALLOWED 2 orders at the drive-thru...WTH.
Burger served wasn’t hot or warm enough. It was ready within 5 minutes the moment we ordered it at the counter. The fries also wasn’t like freshly made. I only gave it 2 stars because it’s nice inside.
One of the employees taking order at window was wearing AirPods while working. He messed up my order. I came on 6/2 at 8:10pm.
The kids working here are usually friendly but accuracy is something they need to work on. I ordered through the mobile app a few times and I see they would prepare my drink ahead of time, sometimes I’d be there 5 minutes ahead of schedule and I would see my drink sitting on the counter. I’ve ordered chili cheese fries and I would get just cheese fries or sometimes I would get a plain baconator without the mayonnaise and ketchup for myself, yet the burger would still have the mayo and ketchup on it. The sad part about it all is that I would arrive there when it is slow, and everything is usually already ready. What I don’t understand is, with it being slow; how could they mess up on making a plain burger or forget the chili for chili cheese fries. I feel without the stress of having so many customers they would have time to check or even double check what they had made. I could understand if it’s busy but at the same time mistakes could have been prevented if extra precautions were done as well. All in all, this Wendy’s is just like any mediocre, fast food chain. Although the employees here are usually friendly, you still have to double check and make sure your order is accurate and everything is made the way you had requested. I should’ve checked the numerous times I’ve stopped on by and this review should serve as a warning for others to double check their food when ordering from here.
I stop by once a week at around 1pm when I get off work and my food is always fresh and delicious, exactly the way I order it. I usually see the same guy and he is very efficient and multitasks well. I only took away a star because the last time I was there, the drive thru line took a lot longer (26 minutes) than I expected and it was very hot outside.
Thank you for the nice clean bathroom! We also enjoyed the sweet tea.
Probably best Wendy's I have been to. Nice people. Clean facilities. Food was good for what it is.

After enjoying a delightful meal at this wonderful establishment, Mr. Squiddy resetted on me and it was the best experience of my life. He deserves a raise. Would recommend 10/10.
