Portions decreased dramatically, go to the Edison location. They didn’t mess up there portions. This location is taking advantage, it is no longer worth the price.
Let me tell you that I totally agree with other reviews, their customer service is awful! They made a mistake on my plate and I only received bad attitude of this two ladies like it was my fault. Not mention I did receive less than a thank you. As much as the food is good I don't think I will come back to this location.

Stopped by for lunch to order 2 bowls, very bad customer service skills, not a hello, or we'll be right with you, sorry for the delay...nothing. waited and waited for a while more customers arrived, they didn't get approached. The cashier was very rude to the cooks, she was saying bad words to them in Spanish. Very un professional. Then finally got to order, got my food, then I was waiting for her to ask her for extra, onions, sauces, etc. She said that's your order, I said I know but can I please have sauces and extra onions. She had a fit. You need someone who is smiling, with a great personality and great customer service skills.

Placed a phone order for pickup. When I got to the restaurant and paid for my food I assumed it would have been ready. Well they waited until it was paid for before starting the order, if the person on the phone would have told me I could have given a card when calling so I wouldn't have to wait. Quality food, not so quality service...
Fast, tasty, good portion leaving you feel light. Veggies a little under-done for my preference but great otherwise.

One recommendation for this location would be to answer the phone! I placed an online order for two veggie bowls: one chicken and one steak. I wanted to take out the cabbage from the bowl So I called right after I placed the order, repeatedly, and got no answer each time I called.On the fourth or fifth time I called they finally answered and told me that they cannot take out the cabbage from the bowls since they were already made and the delivery guy would be picking up the food in 2 mins.I’m not upset just annoyed because if they would have answered the first few times that I called they would have made it the way I wanted it.Will be picking up the orders in the future since the app does not make it convenient to get exactly what you want.
