Been to many Kickin’ Crabs and dare I say this one tastes the best. Ordered the #1 combo with shrimp, clam and mussels, all were fresh and cooked to perfection. Really should give it a try if you are in the Chino Hills area! The only thing that was odd was that the suggested tips on the receipt and the actual tip amount on the final bill wasn’t consistent ?

The customer service was excellent. One of the best waiters I’ve ever had. It was a lunch for my birthday and everything was delicious and food was perfect. The shrimp was amazing and the seasoning was the best. Definitely make sure you save up because it’s a lil pricey but definitely worth it. Thanks kicking crab for an amazing birthday lunch.

Worst day ever in kickin crab. We waited to get seated (30mins) and that's fine. We got seat it and then 15mins later they bring our fries and we finished our fries then other people sat next to us and they ordered and like 15mins later they get there food and we still haven't gotten our food. They were 2 guest and we were 2 guest as well, they got all shrimp and we also order shrimp and we still didn't get our shrimp. Worst experience since we waited to get seat it then forever to get our food but then we just decide to let them go we were going to cancel our order because our food seat wasn't ready and the people next to use were already eatting and plus my 1year old was getting tired and hungry so we left and something else to eat

Very disappointed. This was my favorite place to eat but after yesterday idk If I want to go back. We moved up the hill & drove drove down from hesperia just for them to tell us they weren’t taking anymore more ppl unless you were on the waiting list & she just walked away (rude!) Oh well I guess will be going to a different place from now on. Maybe you should put on your website saying once waiting list is closed you won’t be getting any service! Or knowing how busy you get after a certain time you won’t be taking anymore ppl. Just saying!

Might as well make snow crab legs at home for a much cheaper price & better quality. Used to be $30 & now $42 at this restaurant, quite a stretch

We had combo #1 with cajun sauce medium. Shrimps were big and plump, and tasted fresh. Clams were little disappointment as they were mix of medium and small sizes, and most of meat were separated from the shell. Corns were juciy and good but sausages and potatoes were not as good, esp.the size of sausages were was too smaller than normal.Garlic noodle was good as usual. It would've been better if the noodles were little bit more firm. But still good.Service was great. Friendly and quick. No more paper towels though due to the pandemic, I kinda miss that.

Prices online are not the same FYI! Still the seafood options are yummy! Had the trout and my son had the seafood plate.

I’ve been to many of these shrimp/crab places and this one is not much different. That is not to say the food is typical or mundane, far from it.The edamame appetizer with medium spice was amazing. I’m not much for this edamame thing most of the time, but the sauce here really sets it apart. Even at medium heat, prepare to have your nose run in a glorious mucous laden celebration of spicy goodness. The shrimp, sausage, and corn were cooked and delivered in their plastic bag by a very attentive waitress. She was both gracious and welcoming, and quick in her drink refills and meal service. Drink refills will be important if you like the spicy flavors.Overall a great place with several locations in So Cal.

Great customers service and delicious food. Honestly the cajun chicken was a little salty but the crab boil, fried shrimp and fried oysters will make you go again and again.

If you're looking for some great seafood you HAVE to check this place out. We devoured a gang of shrimp, made a big mess, had some beers and saki. It was absolutely fantastic. Go there, you'll love it.
