The service was very pleasant to deal with and my experience went well. I tried their veggie burger for the first time and it was delicious. The people behind the counter were very nice and looked like they were enjoying their day and didn't mind being at work. I would definitely recommend getting some ranch with your French fries ?? definitely a step above the common fast food Burger
Service was bad, staff disrespectful, company doesn't care about it's customers. Food is old and sits out on counter going dead waiting for next unsuspecting customer to order. Restaurant quality has gone down hill and sanitation practices need to be reviewed.
Food was bad! Fries cold and soggy, onion rings rings fell apart with no breading, burger was very chewy and tough but badly mushed together. Tasted old.
My husband and I are fans of Habit Burger, out of all the ones we been to and order online, this one in Chino Hills took the slowest time ever. It took us about 12 minutes to get there to pick up our order and they told me to wait 5 minutes but it was really about 15 minutes more of wait time. It seemed that there was not enough workers or not everyone knows how to make a salad. I do want to say that they were really nice about it, but still.... the wait time was ridiculous.

Manager is completely out of line and unprofessional. If you have a problem with people bringing back food for a remake due to a burger being raw or made wrong you are the one to blame. Don't throw a fit at customers who are supporting your business and putting money in your pocket! Train your staff and humble yourself. This is the second time I've encountered this at this location. I wont be coming back. I speak spanish so I understood what you were saying about me when u were throwing your tantrum.

I ordered a large pickup meal for the family on line. Received an order is ready for pickup text and drove to the Habit Restaurant. Upon arrival the location was closed with a sign indicating they had closed two hours prior to my placing my order. My money was taken from my checking account and never refunded.
The menu is fairly diverse and I will be returning to try something new next week.
