I will not come here because if you are ??. They service you in bad way. I was here 2 weeks ago and lady waitress spoke in mandarin chinese. I told her I don't speak chinese then she looked at me in strange way. Then that was start of bad service. I had to wait about 5 minutes long for her to come and take the order. After the order was put in. We have to wait over 40 minutes long when I only saw 2 other table and had 1 table with 4 people other was a single person. As time past for over a 5minutes those 2 table where gone and my table was only people in this restaurant. Then the waitress was in the cooking room. And didn't come out for another 10 minutes. Then I went near the cooking room asking them why is order taking long? They said because our order is to be cooked differently so it's going to take 10 more minutes. I then waited as saw one person came to restaurant for take out and and in less than 10 minutes take out order was given and person got it and leave. I was really mad and told the waitress we are leaving your service is bad and came out.This place is bad to a people of ??.Don't come here because they are racist.
I went to get a take out ordered for my family lunchService is very poor, slow and not friendly it took an hour wait just to get 7 orders and foods are not taste good at all I told them 2 orders not spicy it's for a kid but both of them spicy so my kid cannot eat them never want to go back or recommend to anyone!?
So other reviewers are correct. The food was very oily but very delicious. I definitely enjoyed their dumplings and the pickled veggie fried rice. It was very delicious. But as stated frequently by previous reviewers - staff is kinda rude. We ordered to go and the lady placed the bag on the table next to us and walked away without saying anything. I read the ticket on the bag and realized it was for us. So I took it, said thank you and left. No response. Not even an acknowledgement.Would I come back? Only if I'm craving some friend rice and only for delivery at this point.
Tasty house definitely is tasty ! Delicious fresh authentic food.best dim sum and the rice noodles were ? fire good .i recommend them highly. Service was good ?
Excellent hot tea. Spicy fish soup is pretty good. Shanghai grilled pork bun is pretty good.
The server at this location was very condescending. When we ordered egg rolls, he asked us if we knew it had vegetables in it and not eggs. Slightly dumbfounded by this statement, we asked for a recommendation of what to get instead and he had no answer. He just hemmed and hawed about this was the food he grew up with and didn't know what we would like. Eventually, I opted to get the soup dumplings since I've had them at a different location and knew they were good, but they came overcooked and all of them had popped so they had no soup in them. Besides that, the other food was delicious as usual for this chain.
I have never encountered such a bad service. Both waiters have a very bad attitude. I feel that they are unhappy at work. I ordered the takeaway. I just asked how long it was. They were very impatient and made me wait. After the meal was finished, it was placed on a table far away and asked me to pick it up by myself. If you want a pleasant dining experience, don't come to this store. This is the last time I order a meal here! ! !

The food are fine, but their operation time is really weird. It says on their door that they close at 10: 00 and on Google Map they close at 9: 00. But actually, I can't order anything when I came at 8: 20 because they are closed, although they still have the "open" light on.Can't you just give your customers a precise time of when they can enjoy their foods? Never gonna come here again. The Hacienda Heights one is so much better.
