Terrible service and orders constantly getting messed up. Time in drive thru is horrendous. If you think going inside is any better good luck, they'll point you to the automated machine and completely ignore you. When your food is ready, they'll drop it, call your name and walk away... no drink, missing items and no one to correct it.It's clear the owner of this particular Taco Bell no long cares about its prosperity.
Bad experience with customer service and food. I understand there was a rush however there was no need to have improperly packed and prepared food that was cold by the time I got home and a poor attitude from the employee working the drive through window. Not worth the money or effort. If you don’t like your job or don’t want to work , just don’t go!!
Hi I visit here frequently and they are always so nice and never mess my food up, really great work. However I am giving 4 stars because they manage drive thru inefficiently. Their priority is getting 1 car done before even taking the order of the next car. This is good in theory but when the ly get busy it ruins the parking lot. Please switch to prioritizing taking orders to get the line moving and clear the parking lot as this cause unnecessary traffic and delays
A bittersweet relationship here. They close whenever they want. They don't place enough hot sauces in bags. and the guys are just Jerks when ordering.
Genuinely frustrating being in line in the drive thru for 10+ minutes just to have someone come and put wet floor signs in the drive thru lane. Not the first time over the last month I’ve seen this place closed considerably early upon arrival. But this time was especially interesting. 6:51pm and someone turns away 7+ vehicles.If they’re understaffed, they need to wave the white flag and update their hours. I can be sympathetic to those issues but when it starts resulting in several wasted trips and a quarter hour of waiting right outside just to leave empty handed, I immediately wonder what the GM or owner is doing.If you’re reading this, I’d highly advise you avoid this joint if the sun isn’t in the sky. Otherwise you may just be wasting your time and the food at this particular location isn’t worth rolling the dice. Until some more positive (and legit) reviews pop up, you can definitely find better nearby.
The worst customer service and people has bad attitude in this place including the manager ADAM.
We placed an order online and it went through but when we got there the doors were locked and drive thru closed no sign why they closed early and the website stated they were open. I don’t know why and we couldn’t find out from the worker that was sitting in the dine in area why he just kept making gesture we try to tell him we placed an order and if going to get a refund. I tried calling several times and they didn’t answer the door. They must not have to worry about losing business to close early cause a lot of people came by wanting to place orders. I don’t know if I will come back here.
Staff closed the store 45 minutes earlier than they should have, making it impossible to get my online order I made through the app. You set your own hours, so either follow or change them to not inconvenience your customers.
I don’t understand why the door is always locked, it doesn’t matter what time of the day it is.Also when you get the to Drive through speaker the wait is extremely long, I understand it can be difficult to take multiple orders, but they don’t even say anything they just let you sit at the Drive through speaker without saying anything for about 10 min ??♀️
Normally it’s ok but I went yesterday and they just decided that they were going to close the store at 10pm. Mind you the hours on Google and their website weren’t changed. I ordered online through the Taco Bell website and payed. Went there and the drive through was blocked off. I went to the door and that was closed as well. Went up to the drive though window and apparently they didn’t have my order. Worker said that manger said they can’t do anything about it and that they were already closed. I’ve been calling since yesterday and no one has picked up. I want my money back at least.
