I only have 2 Starbucks that I go to and this is one of them for so many reasons. The staff here is dope! My coffee is made how I love it, I don’t stand around waiting for my mobile order it’s ready when I walk in and they be playing the MF jams!!! Great Customer Service is always #1 for me and this store is so inviting. Thank ya’ll for literally providing a dope ambiance to walk into.
I would have given it 5 stars, but this location doesnt always stay open until they advertise. Very frustrating driving to Starbucks during there advertise hours and let down because they are closed early.

Love this one! They are fast and always get my order right. I usually use the drive thru, so this is about my drive thru experiences. Even though the line is sometimes a little long, it goes fast and smooth. My orders are also always made great!
Clean drive thru, friendly staff. I ordered a total of 5 drinks they came put in good timing and they all tasted delicious
If you want your order screwed up go to this Starbucks. The snarky employees use excuses like "we are human" when they repeatedly short-pour your $6.00 coffee, make the wrong drink or forget to add the shots.Always nice when the customer has to return when they discover their drink is wrong only to hear insolent comments from the employees.I recommend going to the other Starbucks on Soquel. They do it correctly every time at Soquel unlike the entitled beginners at Central & Fairfield.

This location is always fast and friendly, I have another location closer to me but choose to go here because they are the best. The manager is always sweet and her staff always goes above and beyond. Makes my day every time!To the person who commented about "showing the manager and other employees how to be a business owner"...might want to revisit your own skills since the non-Starbucks people were still smoking behind the nail salon business just today (which is also next to the drive thru sign), not sure how/why you'd expect Starbucks to intervene, clearly not their problem.
