For everyone saying they close “whenever” you do realize that just because the pandemic may be over in your mind, that it’s NOT? Especially in the eyes of OSHA, the government, and the overall company? I don’t know about you but I wouldn’t want someone who is Covid positive making anything I consume ? sorry the world doesn’t revolve around you. Keep up the good work folks! Don’t let the negative nancies drag you down!
Staff is friendly, drive through service seems to move fairly well during peak times, however the drinks always SUCK, even during non peak times. This a drive through location so maybe speed of service is their only focus. It's the nearest drive through for me however every time I decide to give them a chance I'm continually let down. I'll drive out of my way from now on.

Starbucks is Starbucks. They train their employees well and keep their store clean. Sadly, I want something new. But that's my problem ☺️.
My mobile order was ready at the promised time, as I walked into this Starbucks. They may have more high schoolers frequent this location compared to others I have been to before, so the store volume may be a bit louder, but I had my earbuds in, as I enjoyed my cold brew and book.I have to note that they close the indoor dining area at 8pm but their drive-thru remains open later. The staff are friendly, and my drink was delightful.

This store likes to use the cannot order ahead feature on their company app a lot. This is very frustrating as their drive thru is usually 8 cars deep.They run out of ingredients very frequently so you cannot order certain drinks. Many times they are out of soy, oat milk, almond milk and coconut milk at the same time. Or maybe it's like a certain fast food chain and their never working shake machines? Who is to say? That's bad management not ordering enough. This is an Asian area and there are a lot of lactose intolerant people here. Just saying.Slow drink making. Rude servers. If you do get a chance to order ahead, expect snappy responses when you tell then you are picking up your to go order.One server told me "If it's yours then take it and go." Another snapped when I said the order was incorrect, saying "That's your order. That's what you ordered." No, I ordered soy not regular milk. He angerly tossed the drink into the sink, rinsed my cup out, and made a new drink. At least give me a fresh cup.Take your chances, or drive over to the Chino Spectrum location and hope the workers are not standing in groups of 3 or 4 chatting instead of making your order. They don't run out of non dairy options there though, so there's that.

One of my favorite locations. The drive-thru is super effecicient as the wait is never long no matter how many cars in line. The employees are always cheerful and friendly!
Very miffed that the Starbuck closed at 8pm when the Google profile said 9pm.
