Awesome ambience, decent food, mid service. I had timed how long I was on the waitlist for (40 minutes) and the host gaslit me by saying that I DEFINITELY hadn't waited that long. Server was a bit overwhelmed at first but as the meal went on, service got a lot better. Upon paying at the register, that same host apologized for my wait so that was mildly redeeming.
The food here is amazing and the portions are enough to feed 2 people. The service though is horrible! This was my 2nd time coming and the first time the waiter ignored us. At first we thought maybe he was having a bad day but the next table was a bunch of young girls and they received great service from what it looked like. He laughed with them and even bent down to take their orders.Today I invited 2 different friends to eat here because the French toast was just amazing but after today I won't bring anyone here. I know when you read this, nothing will happen to the waiter. I work in customer service myself and know enough that complaints through the internet don't hold accountability. But the same waiter Waited on us today. Today's experience was just awful. He knew that my party was waiting for a 3rd person and he kept pushing the menu on us to order. It was 11:45am. Then he proceeded to not smile or be friendly with us. While my friend was eating, he came up to us and asked if we wanted to go cartons. For goodness sakes, my friend was still eating. We felt very rushed. Idk if he's like that because we aren't white or because we're not skinny girls but his manner is rude. If you check cameras, we were 3 women sitting outside on the patio around 11:45 A.M.I wish I could give you a 5 star because your food deserves it but the service was horrible both times.

Look at the 2 1/2 little slices for $2.49. Lazy. Lazy. Lazy. Hermetic Intoxication.I asked the server if that is normal and told him that's 2 slices for $2.49? The guy with mustache said, "well thats how it is.."I told the young man with the beard and who is a marketing business major to read "Hermetic Intoxication" by James Hillman.Everyone is distracted and cannot focus on what they're doing, thus sending a bigger message that they don't care about details the minimizes the customers experience.For good karma im tipping the young man with the beard $20 not the guy with the mustache.

Awesome experience and really good food. The menu made it difficult to choose our breakfast because there were so many tasty options to choose from. The banana nut pancakes were awesome and the French toast was a hit. Don’t forget to order a Mimosa or Bloody Mary. We love it and think you will too. Give yourself some extra time on weekends as it gets quite busy. Tell them Kleinpell Team Realty sent you.
This place is all the way nasty. The service is horrible. First, they serve whipped eggs with sparkling water according to the owner. None of the food is seasoned and the french toast is just old bread with cinnamon sprinkled on top. If you are a person who don’t like seasoning or of the urban culture…don’t waste your time. I should have known better when I saw who was eating here. It was a joke. The owner said they mix all this stuff in these eggs. I asked her twice to just give me real eggs with no whipping or adding of anything. She still came out with those fake eggs. We hated this place. Wish I can take my 1 star back. Oh and we still paid too.
First time here. Wait was an hour but, well worth it! Food was excellent! Had their biscuit and gravy, so delicious. Tried the banana and walnut pancakes, shared with the table because, they are Huge! And our server Conner was the Best! Definitely coming back to try other dishes.
Food was good i would recommend highly against ordering for pick up. I was missing two items both the same item. I called and informed them they were missing was going to head back to grab them but the manager was vary dismissive and just stated ill refund them. I just said ok and o well. Well he only refunded one item so with how he spoke to me and how the situation was handled i will not return to this place and i cant recommend it although the food was good.
Love this place, except today. We drove all the way from Rancho Cucamonga to eat here and received the worst service, or should I say, lack thereof, for the first time ever. We were ignored completely by our waitress after taking our order. We get that she may have had a bad day, but NEVER take it out on a customer.
What a great little place !! The food was fresh and delicious and the cocktails were awesome! The only downside (not their fault) is the parking - make sure to leave with plenty of time to find a place to park-you Can also get on the wait list on their website - highly recommend that-when we got there at our allotted time we were seated right away - all in all I can honestly say we’ll be regulars !!
